A very pleasant house at one time but it's too far gone to be lived in again and if there's one rat there must be more: all the more reason for people not to live there though the mattresses upstairs make me a think a squatter had been there. If this house were in a town I'd say, because of health issues and legal issues, get an exterminator and a demolition crew. The house seems to be in a rural area; maybe let nature take its course. It would be fascinating to watch the gradual process of nature reclaiming the structure.

lol : ) I got to looking around on Wikipedia to find out more about him, apparently he died at the age of 26 from a somewhat suspicious shooting accident involving his photographer best friend. Pretty sad. I get this song stuck in my head a lot.
