    भस्त्रिका - 5 मिनेट में 60 बार माध्यम गति
    कपालभाति - 15 मिनेट में 500 बार
    अनुलोम विलोम - 100 - 200 बार - 8 मिनट
    बाह्य रेचक - 5 मिनेट में 3-5 बार
    उज्जायी - 5 मिनट में 3-5 बार
    भ्रामरी - 3 मिनेट में 3-5 बार
    उदगीत - 3 मिनट में 3-5 बार
    कुल समय : 35-45 मिनेट में सब कुछ पूरा
    *योगासन के लिए 10 मिनट
    और सूर्य नमस्कार के लिए 5 मिनेट और औषधि प्रयोग के लिए 10-15 मिनेट कुल मिलाकर 1 घंटे में सम्पूर्ण योगिक क्रिया हो जाती है।*

    I'm a whole cured person with the help of yoga once I ruined my life by taking unhyegenic unhealthy routine junk foods and involve in many irregular unreasonable activities. Yoga completely changed my life and right now mai jobhi hu wo sab yoga ki wajah se or mai life me jobhi achha karunga yo mere life me yoga k rehte huye hoga ramdev babaji ki kripa hai..bani rahe 🙏 I can cure anything with yoga my anxiety depression stress all are gone and now I'm completely a different person..I proud to be in this yoga origin country we have the best cure culture..we are blessed with yoga...

      First, sit on the Padmasana and close your eyes and keep the spine straight.Now take a deep breath (inhale deeply) through your both nostrils until your lungs are full with air.Now Exhale through both nostrils forcefully, so your stomach will go deep inside.
      2:Anulom vilom
      Anulom Vilom Pranayama is very easy to do, first of all, close your eyes and sit in Padmasana and rest your hands on your knees.Close the right nostril with the right thumb. Inhale slowly through the left nostril, inhale the oxygen as much as you can, this will fill your lungs with air.
      Remove your thumb from your right nostril, as you remove your thumb from right nostril just exhale.When you exhale use your middle finger to close your left nostril then inhale with our right nostril and remove thumb from the right nostril then exhale. Repeat this process for 5 minutes.Be focused and concentrate on your breathing.

    I started yoga 5 years back, since then i never fall ill again, earlier i caught by cough and cold at almost every week, but really thanks to Swami Ramdev Baba ji because of his blessings and yoga techniques i never fall ill again 🙏.

      @@chetanpatel-nz2ou bro koi problem nahi ayegi ,do pranyam regularly, in beginning i did 30 minutes kapal bhati and 30 minutes anulom vilom specially aur baaki ke pranyam as per baba ji said but after 3 months jab mai ek dum fit ho gya , fr maine timing thodi kam ki aur fr mai 15-15 mont kapalbhatibaur anulom vilom p aa gya aur baaki pranayam bhi karta hu jaise baba ji ne kaha hai aur aasans bhi specially mandook aasan and surya namaskar(5-7 times slowly), aur muje b sinus when i started yoga, but ista ista sab theek ho gya.

      @Wrestling Favourites see,i do what exactly baba is saying in video, i start with pranayam,in the beginning i used to do 30 minutes of kapalbhati and 30 minutes of anulom vilom specially because as swami ji said these are the most important pranayams,but after three months when i felt that, I'm 100% fit in and out then i reduce the timings of these pranayams and i come to 15 minutes each
      .So afer 5 pranayams i do bit of strength work which includes 12 dand and 8 baithak you can search this on UA-cam by swami ramdev ji name's. After that i do aasans. ( Again you can search this on UA-cam by swami ji name ) remember mandook aasan is must,after that surya namaskar 7 -10 times slowly. That's it .

      but due to sinus problem in nose bones , my either one of them always gets blocked.....and with one nostril ..how do I perform anulom vilom...
      did you suffer same problem. like always one nostril remains blocked..

    Unbelievable - I did 1 minute of each exercise (I have been very very unwell). I thought I would start with small steps. I feel amazing. I had a headache and body weakness so I thought I would try. It saved me today. I do yoga but haven’t really ventured in to Pranayama. This is where the healing is.

    I had headec problem due to high acidity. Homieopathy Treatment taken 3 years & alopathy treatment for 2 years from diff. Doctors. All these treatments were given me instant but short time releave. After wasting money and time i was upset. Then started to do these yoga by baba ram dev and after one month i realized that the headache was vanished like magic. I know lots of people suffer headache like me.       I’m Mexican An Idian friend told me about this yoga I have severe migraine headache, knee pain, high blood pressure and fribromialgia . My husband has a disc problem, sciatic nerve and shoulder pain. Can you please tell us about this yoga practice please 🙏🏽

      preaching trees, animals, rivers, mountains, sun, moon, 9 planets, sky. fully scientific. hindus worshipping 9 planets 10 thousand years before NASA came to existence. this is reality..

    प्राणायाम या फिजिकल एक्सरसाइज करने से दिमाग शांत होता हैं और जब इंसान का दिमाग शांत होता हैं तभी वह अपने रोज-मर्रा के रूटीन में सही डिसिशन ले पता हैं और उसकी प्रोग्रेस होती हैं। जिन लोगों का दिमाग शांत रहता है वो लोग आसानी से अपने सोचे हुए काम को बिना नेगेटिव थॉट के करते लगातार करते जाते हैं।

    These are all brilliant techniques but I would recommend to breathe with your naval (stomach) not your upper chest. It is more relaxing for the body and less stress on your lungs. Your stomach should be moving out and in as you breathe in and out but your shoulders shouldn’t move much. It brings in more air to your lungs as well. 🙏🏼❤️ peace and love
