Inhale slowly through the left nostril, inhale the oxygen as much as you can, this will fill your lungs with air. @Wrestling Favourites see,i do what exactly baba is saying in video, i start with pranayam,in the beginning i used to do 30 minutes of kapalbhati and 30 minutes of anulom vilom specially because as swami ji said these are the most important pranayams,but after three months when i felt that, I'm 100% fit in and out then i reduce the timings of these pranayams and i come to 15 minutes each .So afer 5 pranayams i do bit of strength work which includes 12 dand and 8 baithak you can search this on UA-cam by swami ramdev ji name's. After that i do aasans. ( Again you can search this on UA-cam by swami ji name ) remember mandook aasan is must,after that surya namaskar 7 -10 times slowly. That's it .
but due to sinus problem in nose bones , my either one of them always gets blocked.....and with one nostril ..how do I perform anulom vilom... did you suffer same problem. like always one nostril remains blocked..

Unbelievable - I did 1 minute of each exercise (I have been very very unwell). I thought I would start with small steps. I feel amazing. I had a headache and body weakness so I thought I would try. It saved me today. I do yoga but haven’t really ventured in to Pranayama. This is where the healing is.

These are all brilliant techniques but I would recommend to breathe with your naval (stomach) not your upper chest. It is more relaxing for the body and less stress on your lungs. Your stomach should be moving out and in as you breathe in and out but your shoulders shouldn’t move much. It brings in more air to your lungs as well. 🙏🏼❤️ peace and love

These are all brilliant techniques but I would recommend to breathe with your naval (stomach) not your upper chest. It is more relaxing for the body and less stress on your lungs. Your stomach should be moving out and in as you breathe in and out but your shoulders shouldn’t move much. It brings in more air to your lungs as well. 🙏🏼❤️ peace and love
