Knee acl Ligament main khichav aur looseness hai.. 6 months pahalr grade 1.5 ki injury hui thi..doctor ne bola 2 months bedrest karo kyunki sirf thodi injudy hai to sab thik ho jayega.. fir 2 months bed rest ke baad doctor bola sab thik ho gaya sirf physiotherapy karo aur knee main jaan aa jayegi.. fir 2 month exercise kiya to shayad doctor ne galat exercise bataya jiske karan grade 1 ki injury par recover hokar ruk gayi aur saath main doctor is saying that there is looseness also (there was no looseness at time of injury, it came after doing physiotherapy)... please please please provide solution

Kapalbhati- where you have to breath out by pushing through abdomen basically squeezing and inhale will be passive. Do it for 5 mins minimum. 3. Anulom vilom- breath in through left nostril and close right while doing it the way he shows amd then breath out through right, while closing the left nostril basically alternate nostril breathunh and then breath in through right and while breathing out through left close the left nostril and then again breath inthrough left while closing the right one and this can be done for 5min minimum and ideally 10mins 4. Close your ears with your thumbs and then eyes and breathe in through nose and take out a humming sound while breathing out through nose and do this 3 times. 5. I dont know much
