    I downloaded this video n started to practice n it's been 2 weeks, i took all sorts of nonsense medicine from homeopathy n allopathy nothing worked but pranayam helped me get back to normal, babaji is truly a gem,..

    I m a studant of ayurveda ..... i entered in a ayurvedic collage with a disappointment bcz i wanted to becomea mbbs ... but after a month i realize i m fortunate to get this chance ..... and i was totally amezed how unaware we Indians r about our shastra , our vedas .... though i m hundu but i will still say that ved and yog is not belong to any religion or any country.... it a science ... and its in welfare of every human being.... be close to nature keep supporting our shastras... and fore a sake of human keep your hate away from this great thing ...

      Bhaiyaa aap bohot bohot lucky ho ki aapko Ayurved padhne Ka mauka bhagwaan ne diya hai. Ved padh na har Kisi ki bus ki baat Nahi hai. Vedo ko padhne samajh ne me poori Zindagi Nikal jaati hai. Is maahan swasthya k gyaan ko bhagwaan Ka Diya tofa samjho aur Dil se shastro ko padho samjho. Har ek shlok har ek sutra important hai. Ayurved k rishi log Charak sushrut Vaghbhat aatrey bhavprakash Yog Ratnakar etc sab ne kaafi research aur mehenat ki hai so unka samman karo. Bhagwaan dhanvantri ji ko Yaad karo unke aashirvaad se aap ek achhe Vaidya ban jaoge.

      Sir at what age he started doing it, I am a 26 yr old and can hold maximum of 70 secs, can it possible to hold for 120 secs

      When I was 17 (it was a very good year) I could hold my breath for just under three minutes. Today, I'm 71 and I can't hold it comfortably for more than 30 seconds.

      Adding sports and yoga in textbooks doesn't solve the problem. Until and unless students don't practice it in real, it's all useless. Morever, adding these in textbooks will just increase the syllabus fir the exams. ​@@eagleheart1636

    Anulom vilom : left right breaths alternate
    Kapalbhati : exhaling breath
    Bhramri : deep breaths closing ear,eye n finger on forehead
    Udhgeeth : deep breaths exhaling with long OM via mouth

    I accidentally found swami, and I am very happy that I did. I am visually impaired. I use the microphone so if my words are jumbled, please excuse. I am studying Buddhism and yoga and I’m so happy to be able to learn the different yogic breaths. I can follow along relatively well as I don’t speak Indian. It would be nice if maybe there could be some extra English text on the screen so I could understand some more of what’s being taught. Thank you so very much. Many blessings, Namaste.

    I have anxiety issues panic attacks and stress . I want to do this and I'm starting it from today morning 🌞 wish me luck . I'll update you all after 30 days for sure ❤️

    I wasn't able to do it regularly but I'm trying my best to do it daily .and whenever I do It I feel so calm , update : I'm not getting any severe panic attacks and I feel good nowadays 🥰 . Do try this I hope you all get benefitted by this .
    my favourite ones are the Anulom vilom and the last meditation .

    You know what I just realized. I could be wrong but here goes.
    All the children are wearing thick clothing. As to keep them warm from the cold temperature that must be in the room. But Samiji is not. In fact, when he takes off his top, he is sweating. So I can only surmise that he knows how to control his body temperature!!!
