Honestly the video about detachment and the mindset that changed my life I think were a game changer specially the part about the chemicals in your brain and the fucked up dopamine levels truly helped me in an era of my life were I loved a boy for no reason I was really mentally disturbed at that moment and after watching them till now i know exactly how to sustain a type of relationship without being detached at least a healthy type of detachment and I can get over a person easier it took me even a week to get over a guy that I was dating for 4 months thanks simone love you❤

I am having problems focusing on my life ever since last year when I suddenly became obsessed with a guy. I dreamed about him like every other day...he is the first guy I dream about so much.
