Damn Chrysler and their TIPM fuse boxes. One relay goes bad. You have too buy the whole fuse box.. Not sure who runs the electrical department. But they should be beat with a stick. Same shit for Mini Van. The wiring harness under the intake burns up. Fries the ECU and PCM.. Double whammy if it shorts out the Coil drivers..
I believe the TIPM does have something to do with the A/C system. I have a 2006 Ram 1500. Truck is running, turn in A/C blower on control panel, A/C button light is not on, i bang on the fuse box then the A/C fan start turning and the A/C compressor clutch engages, cold air starts blowing & A/C button light is on. It also has something to do with side mirror heater. When my airbag light bell rings with the airbag gauge caution light goes on the A/C system shuts off and blows warm air. Sending my TIPM in for repair.
The TIPM is the fuse box panel and has some of the functions(lights especially) controlled by the board digitally instead of just running it through a fuse/relay like other vehicles. So my low beam headlights dont work because of a design flaw in the PCB board that causes it to burn up, so instead of a 10 cent fuse i get to buy a $650 rebuilt TIPM. yay me........
im having an issue with mine atm. my ac wont work and my air bag light turns on. i removed then put it back in everything seems to work now. how much did this cost? ill have to get one to keep on hand.
I have the same problem. I bang on my fuse box, fan kicks on, compressor engages, A/C light on control panel turns on, airbag light goes out, and A/C blows cold air.
My girlfriend has the same size fuel fuse box but for the life of me I cannot find the turn signal relay fuse one headlight doesn't work so she stuck on high beam it only the front turn signals work
There is no fuse.. These TIPM fuse boxes control everything. As they have builtin relays. Thermal fuses that reset. Some times you can disconnect the battery cables. Then touch them together for 5 mins. This might reset it. If not. The damn box cost $300.00+ used...
I have a 2006 Ram 1500. All fuses are good. Relay is built in to the TIPM. TIPM has something to do with the A/C system & my side mirror heaters along with airbags. If my airbag light is on my A/C will not work. I bang on the fuse box the fan will kick on, A/C compressor engages, A/C light on control panel goes on, and the airbag light goes out. Once airbag light goes on then A/C shuts down blowing warm air.
Bang on the fuse box them the fan will kick on, compressor will engage, A/C ligut on control panel will light up, and cold air will blow. Works for me 90% of time. But A/C system may not stay on long. Once my airbag bell rings and the advisory lights comes on then A/C system shuts off blowing warm air. Maybe when I bang on the fuse box I wake up the hamsters
there's a spot in the video where a show the cover listing what everything is. Just pause it there and look. I do t have the vehicle anymore so I'm not sure.
Nice job of cleaning and recording. Thank you for sharing this!
Can someone tell me what fuses i plug a relay jumper cable in for a fuel pump bypass
I’m looking for the same thing. Did you figure it out?
@@FaithMapProjectdid you ever figure which is for fuel pump relay?

Cuál es el fusible dela bomba de gasolina de la ram 1500 2006
mAN HOW DID YOU FIND THAT IN THE JUNKYARD? everyone i looked at had a different setup plugup and arrangement
2008 Ram 1500. Does the TIPM control the AC clutch operation!

Also, my auto start does not work either.
Which fuse is the reverse tail light on a 2008 dodge ram ??
IWORKUPNORTH, I'm not sure what the TIPM circuit does or control the cars modules? can you example what a TIPM circuit does in cars?

Which one is the fuse for the dashboard lights??
Not a clue sorry but if you pause it where you can read the diagram on the plastic it might say
What fuses are for O2 sensor
I'm trying to find the fuse the fuel pump goes to but my diagram dose not show it.
Pause the video and zoom in
@Sea2Skyward I've got the same diagram as you and neither of them say fuel pump, is it under an abbreviation or another name?
Where the heck is the starter relay and starter fuse ? Cant find it
ernesto alicea who knows lol
Depends on a 08 ram 3500 diesel it has two one on the left and one on the right, in the engine compartment.
I have a 07 Dodge Ram 1500 and I'm trying to locate the headlight relay? 3.7 standard
Clayton Robert good luck 😉

i think i paid 100
I have the same problem. I bang on my fuse box, fan kicks on, compressor engages, A/C light on control panel turns on, airbag light goes out, and A/C blows cold air.

What fuse is the relay fuse for the fuel pump on that exact fuse box in this video
not sure
Where is the fog light fuse?
Go to 2:55 and watch maybe you can see it written I'm not sure
I have a 2007 dodge 3500 5.9 cummins I'm about ready to change my tipman do I need to do anything before unpluging them let me know thank you
Steve Walker unhook your battery and you should be good
which fuse/relay is associated with the condenser fan? would love to know
Thomas Spiegel so would I lol sorry I have no idea

It will be one of the flat pack chips. It appears they are using several switches in one chip.
TIPM is a major flaw from the start.
Could that be my problem cuz my ac doesn’t want to blow cold air
IGetMoneyBagz 187 or your compressor or you have a ac leak

Where is the park lamp relay located? I have 2007 Ram 1500 v6...my fuse box is exactly the same as yours
Kevin Connor go to 3min30sec in the video.
I'm looking for the actual relay for it, not the fuse. would that be underneath plastic that holds all the fuses?
After you remove the torques screws does that box just pop open?
Fuses have to come out to open it???
TaNgLeD2121 yes. they hold the plastic on sorta
thx :)
2006 dodge ram blinker fuze
Wich fuse is for the ac or ac compressior

When buying from junk yard Does every aspect of the truck need to be the same? Such as 4x4 or 4 door, engine size etc?
I have an 06 Ram 1500 4.7L engine and the junk yard has 3.7 Engine. Will that make a difference?
@@iamthird13 No..
These are a known issue from the factory. Do you really want to get one from the junk yard? $260 summit racing. Dorman 599-902. I think its a reman.
Apposed to spending 30 bucks at a JY? Yah, ill take the risk. These trucks were a dime a dozen and my 06 has more rust than paint 🤣
Did you had to reprogram the tipm?
mike43v3r no plug ang play
which one is the fuel pump fuse not the relay
Robert Powers go to 3min 30 sec in video and pause
I did but it doesn't say fuel pump...wondering what it's labeled as
Robert Powers not sure then. these tipms are bs
currently having same issue, did you ever find which it is?
Ok
Uggh it looks like they replaced the traditional mechanical relays with mosfet switches. If the chassis to motor bond goes RIP. 😵😵😵💩
What is wrong with your
