Trump: we shall build a wall
Daniel: I'm about to end this man's WHOLE career
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wait that was actually trump's wall?
Letricblade Looks like it’s a prototype.
Daniel is the savior of sean and Mexico
Orange man bad
Sean looks depressed after he spends 15 years in Prison for a crime he didn’t do, thank god I got a better ending when Sean goes to Mexico and Daniel lives with his grandparents.
Atoja Black I mean that’s what prison does to you it wears you the hell down
Death Row I agree
2 be fair Sean did assault a shop owner and worked in a pot farm and kill lisbeth
SOL3R KillZ i didn’t assault the shop owner nor killed Lisbeth, I would have gotten the same ending if I surrounded, and working in pot farm wasn’t a big deal because all of the people who worked there got released even Cassidy
@@aaronpaul9107 Killing Lisbeth is determined, Daniel actually used his power which is the reason the shop owner was knocked out.
Sean’s blind eye is white in the “moral” ending, and black - in the “immoral” one
Damn!
hmm my eye was black lol
Damn I knew my first play through was a disaster, his eye was def black at the end lol
damn i let daniel kill to manny souls then
what about the ending parting ways?? I always wonder but i think tho its black actually
I am so upset that Sean dies as an outcome. He’s such a sweet, forgiving, and precious person… damn. He didn’t deserve to go to jail. He did nothing wrong
Ikr I'm glad this is just a game...Sean and Daniel deserve the best...I mean we all do
@@alexchen672 Lmao tbh tho im a fan of it. Its good that games have sad endings too cuz not all stories have a happy ending and thats just reality. Idm if games have sad endings to get a variety. These endings were also way more emotional than Life Is Strange 1.
Alex Chen to be honest I feel Sean deserves the happy ending more than Daniel. Most of the charges against was because of Daniel being reckless and not listening. Sucks Sean had to pay for that
@@lil_jon411 honestly, Sean just did things to protect his little brother. Who knows what the police would've done if they knew Daniel had powers
Well don't forget he can go to Mexico too 😅
Daniel: murders a bunch of people
Sean: smokes
Daniel: wow too far bro
@GuaVaK ... what about the police? and that cogur
Well, I think it wasn't about smoking. Maybe it's their mom's lighter?
He just yeets the cigarette right outta Sean's mouth lol
Nah, it was the dad's old lighter. Sean kept it and they were both just remembering the bad shit for a moment when he pulled it out. It's even super worn with age because he's been lighting up with it since that day
@@souleaterevans4589 yeah, I knew it was dad's or mom's
Daniel: I'll take care of us this time
Sean: *Fcking* *dies*
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sean: *Guess I’ll die-...*
Goddamit Daniel
Wasnt expecting them to kill sny of them off
FIVE STAR lmaooo 😂😂👌🏻
The ending where Sean dies and Daniel gets to Mexico is so heartbreaking, seeing Daniel all by his own, changed and lonely is simply shocking.
Especially seeing how he didn’t use his powers for good and robbed a bank..😢cos Sean wasn’t with him for guidance and he couldn’t go back to his grandparents or mother either…
I got this ending the first time and my heart is broken 😢
@@MrGalnithat means u played the game the bad way and put all wrong choices
i wouldnt have taught him that 😭😭😭
Yeah him drawing alone is sad
The ending were they both go to mexico just feels right. I like that they didn't have to get seperated
yeah
For me best choise is when you have the high morality and go to the Mexico and Daniel stay with a grand parents and a friend Chris, and brothers-wolves can meet after years and Sean on freedom, or just communicate with a phone or social media, and with Layla, and with Cassidy live a happy life, so that the best ending, but its just one thing that super powers of Daniel is gonna be pursuit by the goverment but its okay he is gonna be FBI agent with that and be rich as fuck
Same here
That’s how my game ended. That means I played it right. It’s their story and they’re in it together.
Sean: "I'm going to surrender."
Daniel: "I find your lack of faith disturbing."
Tabaga the destroyer 😂😂😂
💀
star wars reference?
😂
It's treason then
Let’s be honest, none of this would have happened if the cop didn’t shoot there dad for no reason
I mean I think this game has a lesson of "Racism is bad"
We've seen a lot of Racism throughout Sean and Daniel's running
That cop that shot their dad was probably racist because the dad was American-Mexican or something
@@InktheImpassive I don't think the cop was racist. He was new a scared. The dad moved forward and he was.. Trigger happy to say the least.
Kandy Turtle yes because your first action when you see two kids fight and then the parent comes out is to pull a gun on the parent
Dont even try to justify the cop if the dad and kid was white then they wouldnt of pulled out a gun
@@johnnyjoestar6478 the cop saw an unresponsive bloodied child. of course he pulled out his gun I would have done the same with hopefully little difference in the ending
i love coffee
child, he is the same age as sean
Two teenagers I would guess about 16 yrs old dont remember got into a fight
One of em is on the floor bleeding out after hitting is head on a rock
If your first reaction is to pull a gun on the other teen who DOESNT HAVE A WEAPON then you are a bit of an idiot
The “why” scream Daniel did when Sean died felt too real 😭
Exactly!! The visual actors are on point because they add an aesthetic appeal to the characters…,but the voice actors are the true essence of each of the characters, because they bare the characters true nature, heart, ♥️ & soul.
I like the ending where Daniel stays and Sean makes it to Mexico. All of the endings suck in some way but this way Sean is free and can be with Cassidy/Finn and Daniel has a rather normal rest of his childhood and gets to be with his mom grandparents and Chris. The part that sucks is that they’re separated which is probably why a lot of people prefer the blood brothers ending because at least they’re together.
Nah daniel is still in house arrest so im not sure hes living the normal childhood/teenagehood. Also yea the not being together thing sucks. Honestly id prefer the sean ending in jail instead of that one lol
@@microz0258 but if you get the ending where they split if you look at the pictures he doesn't always have the ankle bracelet on. And you can tell because why would they get him a car if he's on house arrest. It's sad they they got separated but if Sean goes to jail he can't get a job cuz of his record, prob never get married (unless he does with lyla) and has no money
@@microz0258 but its so heartbreaking to see the life being drained from Sean, the scene where he breaks down with Daniel is immortalizing to see what he went through onto of serving 15 year sentence when he didnt do anything wrong.
Just finished the game and got this ending. At first I thought Daniel was a villain in this ending because he got the family, friends, school a car... Almost a normal life whereas Sean had to do the grind of starting from 0 in Mexico. But then I thought, Daniel never wanted to go to Mexico from the start, so in this ending they kind of got what they wanted. Daniel got the people he loved, Sean got his freedom.
But how do you get that ending I can’t get it is there anything you need to do to get it?
I'm kinda mad that we cant hear their older voices
Edit : Thx for the 3k likes never got that much before
LulitzMe killy me too!
LulitzMe killy i agree but it's better without it, it makes it more quiet and emotional, really makes the player think.
It's cool people thought about that, cuz it means they fell into the illusion of the virtual world and connected to it so much, that they expect the characters to act like normal people. They wanna see their face, their eyes, to hear them. I like that
I mean i thought they will Timeskip to December 3 2019 (When EP5 came out) or somewhere but 15 or 6 is too much
John it wasn’t budget it was a writing/creative choice I think. I can understand it. I think it is for a few different reasons.
The fact that all of the endings had a “sad” or “painful” side to it shows how there’s no real happy ending, only injustice
yeah and it fuckin pisses me off, like how fkin hard it is to make a happy ending, where everything works out
@@jankapetkova5807 The first game also didn't have a happy ending. That is why it is soo hard to choose the right option
I guess the point is to make the game realistic and convey some messages through it
@@jankapetkova5807 Not everything works out. Endings can't always be happy endings
@@jankapetkova5807 They can't ever have true happy endings in the short-term, they are fugitives and criminals, as well as having no parental figures anymore.
Sean and Daniel’s voice actors did a phenomenal job! They perfectly expressed the emotions of the characters. I got chills so many times just because of the voice acting alone
The Blood Brothers ending is clearly the best. Not just bcs they're both alive, relatively happy and together, but bcs it was their goal to get to Mexico since episode 1
you can see Daniel hesitant of going to Mexico 2 or 3 times in the game and Sean had to reassure him a lot. Daniel even said "Can't we go back to our grandparents?", I'm pretty sure. I prefer the ending where Sean escapes to Mexico and Daniel with his grandparents. He can have friends, play games, nice grandparents, in contact with his mom, go to school, etc. Sean kinda has it tougher. I don't like Finn or Cassidy though
@@naylisyazwina6836 yeah that's the ending I like too because Daniel would constantly say who cares about Puerto Lobos and he doesn't look happy at the end he looks more regretful. I'm not sure which goes higher tho blood brothers or redemption
@@ultrachim7080 Also don't like how both of them seem to be darker versions of themselves. You see in the ending where Daniel stays and Sean goes to Mexico, Daniel gets a picture of his brother and he looks happy and free but in Blood Brothers both of them seem to be the product of all the BS that happened to them so far. I just don't think that's the type of person their father would have wanted them to grow up to be but I fully fully FULLY understand it's not their fault.
@@MouseBartholomew Idk man, being fugitives in Mexico while having almost no chance of returning to your actual home doesn't sound ideal to me.
@@Nutmastergiganigga I'd say it's the lesser of two evils at that point. Sean basically has no good ending outside of Mexico. He's just a broken excon with no future. They're also not fugitives in Mexico, the cop's jurisdiction ended at the border and it's unlikely that they'd be extradited. Also they made their own home as wolf brothers, thought that was the theme the whole time.
No one gonna talk about the fact that Daniel became a whole e boy when he went to Mexico alone?
He looks like Edwins generation
he looks really good actually in that ending.

This was: Life Is Sad.
No, it was : racist cop killed dad so Daniel and Sean run away while commiting multiple murders and accidents. Also living in the desert, living in a forest full of poor people and an idiotic church cult while cops are chasing you
Take in sean was supposed to get laid instead his life took the biggest turn that a person could ever have like it so sad just imagine walking home one day and being like oh my crush ask me to come to a party and then / ur dad dies u almost kill a kid u brother has powers and at the time has no control and kills a cop on accident leading in them running away and it's funny how the littlest things can change everything be smart guys
Hahahaha
No this was: Life Is Racist
@@Jesus-qt2fu no Life is Sad
I genuinely think the high morality ending where they both survive is the worst. Sean deserved a happy ending as much as Daniel did and seeing him break when Daniel was telling him something enthusiastically was heartbreaking. Tied with the ending where Sean dies :(
That’s why I aimed for high brotherhood and in return it gave me low morality
@@minmeena although the low morality high brotherhood ending is also really really sad, i aimed for the one in which daniel is living with his grandparents and sean went to Mexico because that way both are living good lives and can meet in the future
To me was like Daniel got to have a life that he was telling Sean about he got a semi normal childhood after and collage and moving out and all the young adult things, Sean had his life torn away from him for fifteen years he can't just simply "start over" at 31-32 especially with that criminal record his life is basically over and it hurts so bad thinking about it because he went to jail for something he didn't cause just because of racist people (cause yt won't let me call them what I want) people who say that ending is the best are truly weird to me
@@Elena-rg2pd exactly it's so unfair for sean specifically, all he wanted was a better life for him and his brother:(
@@Elena-rg2pd did you see how life is in Lobos on the 2 endings? Violence and greed. Any ending that is connected to Lobos is a bad ending.
Anyone who'd had to take care of someone knows 15 years is by FAR the best ending. Daniel gets to live a normal life. Heck I'd sacrifice myself (Sean) if that meant Daniel could have that life. You people just dont get it because you dont have little brothers or kids of your own
i got the last ending and im so glad i did, i can’t bear the thought of them being separated after everything they went through it’s too sad
I would love to have this ending as well. Don't know what I did "wrong" here, that Daniel jusr decided to leave the car after all ...
Unfortunately, I had the first ending.
But it could have been even worse.😅
@AKAHayden / Average Animations so you need to kill and take revenge at the police station to get the "best ending"?

Lets be honest this game will always have a place in our hearts it was such a masterpeice.
I couldn't agree more. Love this game so much
That’s why I’m back rewatching these memories years later, has a special place in my heart. Even added the soundtrack to my playlist now. 🥲
Naa chapter 2-4 was boring
It is a good game, but I don't think it is a masterpiece. They did a very good job with main and supporting characters, but they are just trying way too hard to send "The Message" and shove their politics down your throat. Almost every racist douche the brothers met on their way (the gas station owner, Chad, Lisbeth's right hand man, the vigilantes) is portrayed as just some grotesque over-the-top one-dimensional bad man. They should've been more subtle. It's not all black and white like that. And even the incident that started the story looks very cartoonish and cliche.
Also, there're some plot holes. I had a playthrough where Cassidy left before the company was busted by Merrill and she was not injured (which was confirmed by the choices screen in the end of the chapter), yet I in the next chapter I still got a letter from her where she says about her injures. Could be a bug, but I was like WTF, man? Also, I remember that Sean was thinking or dreaming about how his father would teach him how to drive a car (and even though he's already 16 he doesn't have a driver's license or even a learner's permit which hints that he probably can't drive), yet when he escaped from the hospital (at night!) he drove a long way to Nevada (one-eyed!!!) without any problems on the road. That's not how it works, guys. You can't just get into a car and drive a long distance if you've never actually practiced driving quite a lot before. There were a few other more minor illogical things, like why would they let poor Mushroom outside without anyone supervising her being in the wilderness? Come on, a caring dog owner would never do that to their puppy.
The first two LIS games set in Arcadia Bay are much better games in my opinion and I think it is good that they left politics out of them.
I adore it, I wish if true colors was good or maybe in future we gonna see something
I stand by my words, last ending is the best. The brothers are together, supporting each other, and never giving up.
Parting ways is best
@@10lilzoe No. Deal with it.
@@10lilzoeno
Honestly, I chose this ending. But I regret it. The brothers may be together, but they're far away from everyone the brothers have ever loved. Daniel seems sad, and Sean doesn't seem happy either.
@@10lilzoe In parting ways even though Daniel looks “happy” but his face shows and reflects sadness at the same time and the fact that he has an ankle monitor on him means that he has no freedom whatsoever

I wish they became a couple was a ending 😭

I like the prison ending the most because I can see Sean trying to find Cass after they go their own ways, but damn it was tough to watch.

Don’t get my wrong I feel so bad for Sean throughout the game. But there’s something about Daniel that breaks my heart. He was just a baby that had to grow up so fast, just watching him go through all of this pain breaks my heart. This game is amazing
nah i always felt sean deserved better
@@td1574 i agree,i just remember the part 4...he deserves an ending like blood brothers or part away,i really hated redemption,i would even prefeer lone wolf than that.
Yeah but people don’t realize is also Sean had to grow up very fast Daniel had Sean to take care of him but no one was there to take care of Sean he was only 16
Daniel was a spoiled brat that never listened and he got them into that mess. He started the fight with the neighbor, he killed the cop, Daniel was the problem here.
Sean doesn’t look right after prison he lost a part of his life for something he didn’t do, idk how people are ok with that ending, Daniels safety is important too but Sean himself is a kid as well and he was robbed
Agreed.
Thats what he gets for doing all that shit in all the episodes leading up to the ending. At least Daniel got to live his life, and I think surrendering was the better option for Daniel and Sean.
Myk Q if surrendering was the end result then they should have just done it from the beginning because things will be worse for them now that’s why I say it’s pointless to surrender it just took away from their whole journey the goal was Mexico they did all that for nothing Sean lost an eye for nothing their mom went to jail for nothing
@@explicitantony9623 Yes, they should have stayed at the beginning instead of running. However, in the ending where they both make it to Mexico, they kill a lot of people. They completely lose sight of their morals, and seem to get messed up in some gang stuff. At least the brothers keep their innocence in the jail ending.
@@lego_the_catyou would only get that ending if their morality was low. If it was high they wouldn't have turned to crime, they just wouldnt be together

I can’t watch this. It brings tears to my eyes and it makes me so depressed. This game was such a cinematic masterpiece, I’ll never understand how it wasn’t talked more. Definitely the best in the series and one of the best games I’ve ever played story wise!!
righttt
it was definitely overshadowed by life is strange 1, speaking from experience. life is strange and life is strange before the storm absolutely emotionally WRECKED me and i still hold it very dear to my heart, but there was a few people who have said "oh life is strange 2 is so much better" and DAMN. that hurts. I held off playing this series for YEARS because of it. How can anything be better than THE life is strange? I was pretty hurt lmao but after developing the mindset that this is not life is strange 2, this is actually another life is strange entirely, i started to see it more for the masterpiece it is singularly. and I'm sure this goes for many others. it's just one of those things where if the first is so good, no one wants to accept the others. but it's not about them being better than the others. it's about enjoying them separately because they ARE THREE completely separate games outside of the company, cameos, and style. but the ones who said theyre better than the other hurt hella.
@@neptunity6109 well said
@mrpickles3 yes there is a political agenda and the game plays with real life aspects such as the well know gun violence in the United States and the issue with Mexican immigrants, probably mostly reminiscent of the Donald trump era. But let’s be for real rn, everything is political. I think choosing that subject only made the game feel more realistic and more empathetic, at least to me. It felt more relatable. I think it was a wise choice. Why would people be pressed over it? It’s literally what’s happening in the states so ppl just kinda need to accept reality. I think the story was DEEP, EMOTIONAL, and maybe hit TOO CLOSE TO HOME for some, and maybe that’s what threw people off, perhaps some players were looking for a more light-hearted/carefree gameplay experience. And I don’t blame them. I don’t think choosing gun violence and racism as the main premise to the plot development overshadowed the characters own development. Actually, I think it made their development EVEN STRONGER. Everything was well constructed and tied together masterfully. We can definitely see by the end of the game how much Daniel and his brother have changed, which will show in the last decision you have to make (your decisions throughout the game will make Daniel behave a certain way at the final choice), and that was really well thought because you feel like your decisions as a whole actually MATTERED and have an impact on the story. People saying that “oh this wouldn’t have happened if the cop didn’t shoot him” are just trying to make life simpler when in fact it is complex. Dramatic things like these ACTUALLY happen all the time and yes, people’s lives can change drastically by just the smallest action. It’s called the butterfly effect and chain reaction, and it’s real. The game also plays with other political agendas aside from prejudice and gun violence such as motherhood and parental relationships, and even religion. The reason why i love lis2 and why it holds a certain special place in my heart over the other lis games is because, aside from the special power thingy, it really felt too real and like it touched more MATURE THEMES than its predecessors. The other games feel more entangled in Romantical aspects and high school drama which felt like more generic topics and not really highly related to a specific culture, whereas this game felt more deepened in real life and current issues and definitely touched some controversial aspects of the American culture, which were mainly centered in violence, racism and immigrants, which comes off to me as a bold wish of experiencing and trying to see what kind of shapes the lis franchise can take. I think they did it wonderfully. Don’t get me wrong, this game still holds the same DNA as its fellows, but it’s definitely trying to grab the attention of a different type of audience, one that I would say is more mature.
me after getting my ending: I don't like it
me rn after watching the other endings: well, I don't like *any* of these

I feel like I'm the only one that likes all of these. All of the endings are so good in their own ways.
Yeah, the ending I did like was when Sean was in Mexico with Cassidy. I got the ending where he went to prison and Daniel got to live his life. It seems prison broke something inside Sean whereas the Mexico with Cassidy ending seems somewhat “happier” if you can call any of these endings “happy”
I did this with my ending, and then after seeing the other endings I actually think I got the best one.
Funny how both Life is Strange games could've used the other's power to fix their problem.

Family heritage
Ikr. At first I was like "Esteban?!"
Have you ever heard of Sexual and Asexual Reproduction? That's why
You sound like my grandma
So my understanding of how the cumulative decisions leading up to the end affect each ending is:
Ending 1: Sean prioritizes brotherhood more + Daniel prioritizes societal values more
Ending 2: Daniel prioritizes brotherhood more + Sean prioritizes societal values more
Ending 3: Both prioritize societal values more
Ending 4: Both prioritize brotherhood more
does that make sense
This is so accurate
If I didn't find the wiki, I would have thought this too, and it's a good observation. But here's what the wiki said:
*Parting Ways* [Sean goes to Mexico but Daniel surrenders]: choose to go to Mexico and Daniel has high morality
*Redemption* [Sean goes to prison and Daniel live with grandparents]: choose to surrender and Daniel has high morality
*Lone Wolf* [Sean dies and Daniel goes to Mexico]: choose to surrender and Daniel has low morality
*Blood Brothers* [both brothers go to Mexico]: choose to go to Mexico and Daniel has low morality
What affects Daniel's morality is how much Sean prioritizes societal values. I think how much brotherhood they had affects whether or not Daniel listens to Sean in other parts of the story (like with Finn's plan) more than the ending
Agreed and I prioritised brotherhood for them both 👍🏻
Prioritizing brotherhood also means they care less about Moral. Maybe something that put these endings in another perspective as „prioritizing brotherhood“ Sounds like something totally positive while it has a darker side.
Now I just want a game which ties Alex Chen, Max, Chloe, Daniel and Sean together. That would mean the world.

So Daniel is Sean's age, those years later....man. he looks so much like his big brother when he was 16-17. I'm so happy I got the ending that they're together (or at least, Sean being alive).
You cannot ever seperate these two.
Also, the ending when Sean gets out of prison.....Karen...she's wearing Jodie's vest. Man. that hits hard as well.
joan
Pretty sure Joan had cancer
I noticed too how similar they looked then I remembered they are literal siblings
As an older sister (7 years apart, so this is extremely relevant in this topic. Sean was significantly older than Daniel. I think that’s their exact age difference.) I found myself relating more to Sean and feeling for him the most. As an older sibling you sacrifice a lot. You sacrifice your time and patience, your desires and urges for your younger sibling (s). They may bot understand or just view you as overbearing, annoying, bossy, or “mean” but honestly sometimes it’s the only way to get through to them and protect them. It can damage your relationship, but they’ll understand why you do the things you do with time. I’m 17, my sister is 10 and will be 11 soon. She’s slowly becoming her own person, and I always felt it my responsibility to shape her into a good person. Protect her and comfort her from the worst.
I’ll be going to college soon, not even a year from now and she’s about to start the most complicated and confusing years of her life and I won’t be there all the time to help her or guide her through it. It worries me, maybe she’s grateful that I’ll be a away and won’t pester and annoy her with my constant surveillance and “bossiness” but I guess that’s what worries me... I’ll never know what goes through her mind or what she thinks of me. I’ll be gone through the most important years of her life, the most pivotal for her personality-wise and I’ll miss it...
How are u know?

seeing the endings where sean gets thrown into prison actually WRECKED me. boy only did what was best for daniel and sacrificed EVERYTHING for daniel, and i mean i love daniel but he was the cause of a lot of catastrophic things throughout the series. sean deserved much more than what he got.. can't believe he was like 30+ when he got out. can't imagine what it would be like trying to find a job or a living... ik its only a game but it hits me knowing that people go through this..

These endings still move me more than the endings of True Colors. They did an awesome job writing the story of these brothers in comparison to Alex and Gabe.
Yeah true colors just didn't hit me near as hard. It wasn't a bad game at all but I was a bit disappointed. Life is strange 2 is my favorite one of the series.
Well, True Colors wasn’t really centered around Alex and Gabe’s relationship like Life is Strange 2 was centered around Sean and Daniel’s. I mean, Gabe literally dies at the end of the first episode in True Colors, so if anything he’s more like Esteban. True Colors was more so focused on Alex herself and the connections she had with the other people in town.
True colors was pure garbage, the first and second game was better
Just my thoughts:
Blood Brothers is the true ending for Sean’s side of the story. It was about getting to their destination no matter what the cost or who stood in their way. There was no point of giving up, considering everything they went through and everyone that helped them along the way. The gang-related activities in Mexico is the only “price” they had to pay but they are still living free in their father’s homeland with money, power, and beautiful views daily. Daniel is bothered by their lifestyle though.
Redemption is the true ending for Daniel’s side of the story. At the beginning of the journey, Sean only wanted to protect Daniel and reach Mexico. But as time went, he grew and realized the consequences of what they were doing and if needed, he would sacrifice himself for Daniel as he almost did when Nicholas was about to shoot him in the church. The conversations with David and officer Campbell further made him realize that the journey wasn’t about Mexico anymore but about raising Daniel to be a moral person using his power for good. Thus he sacrifices himself, hoping that Daniel will live a good life and remember everything they had learned together. After he gets out and they travel to the woods, Sean is broken from prison and emotional being at their camp again but most importantly, Sean is overwhelmed that Daniel grew up exactly how he wanted him to but also sad how he missed out on watching Daniel’s growth.
Lone Wolf and Parting Ways are just alternate endings that don’t make as much sense. It is out of character for Daniel to act out the way he did while possibly murdering tons of cops; it also doesn’t make sense that the government would just let Daniel be even after seeing his powers.
Interesting opinion! I also like Blood Brothers and Redemption the most as they feel like the most conclusive endings you can get. Daniel learned something from you and you stayed true to that in the final, crucial moment. If the game worked like Season 1 where you can get either A or B outcome, it would've been these two endings.
About the other endings, I might like Lone Wolf a bit more than Parting Ways, mainly because I actually think it's pretty realistic. When you let Daniel adapt the amoral attitude, it's like the trauma and anger from experiencing all those things is really visible now. And if you bring that trauma to the surface, not to mention the "putting yourself and your brother first" thing, it does make sense why Daniel would freak out and force their way through. Heck, he's implied to have a bit of will to attack the police even in the Redemption scene.
Parting Ways kinda wants to do the same thing with brothers disagreeing, but idk, I don't really feel it as much. It's the only ending that actually feels out of character to me.
I dont think Blood Brothers its a good ending at all, consider how much violence they have to deal in Mexico. Diego literally tells you Mexico is a mirage and a shithole, no place to live
I got redemption, i surrendered because at the end it was all about protecting Daniel and i knew his grandparents were gonna be there for him. Sean lost 15 years but he still has a life, Daniel had a great childhood and most important they both free. What an amazing game, truly.
The fact that going to prison or escaping together are the better options are sad

Imagine playing a whole game experiencing racism and still being racist afterwards
@@baconbenjidestroyer- I know, all the racist people in the US just happened to be in Sean and Daniel's path towards Mexico.
@@baconbenjidestroyer I live in Massachusetts, more than 1500 miles from the border...
I can tell you for a fact there are enough racists for the story to be realistic even here.
@Thomas A. Well yeah... You're just stating the obvious.
@@baconbenjidestroyer you're entitled to that opinion, though it is incorrect. I live in Texas, and I can tell you Racism is alive and well. The confrontations with racists and I've shit that happened in the game was very plausible. I will agree, a couple of that vigilantes lines were a bit corny. The "speak english, you're in America" one felt kinda forced, but nonetheless people do say things like that.
I’ve seen so many comments trying to make the creators of this game seem like they went overboard with the racism topic and saying it’s unrealistic. If you truly don’t believe cops are trigger happy just because of the color of a persons skin in America, look up Philando Castile. Watch the video. This happens in real life. Except in real life the police officer fired seven shots to a black man that was just stating he has a license to carry a gun. So it’s not being shoved down anyones throats. Racism is alive in this country and no one would have believed the Diaz brothers BECAUSE they were brown. It doesn’t matter who swung first or who killed who first, if they had stayed at the scene the bully would’ve said everything he could against them in court and they would believe him. Even from the beginning all odds were against them just because of the color of their skin. It’s only natural that once they were listed as wanted criminals they were going to face racism even more. It’s the classic “of course they were thugs” mindset. There were plenty of non racist white folk represented in this game that believed the Diaz brothers even before they knew of Daniel’s power. What would matter is if they used their privilege to stand up for them, that’s what makes change happen in this country. But they were all outcasts, Brody/Karen/Cassidy, so even if they were to defend them it wouldn’t look good for their case. As a Mexican American born in a border town, this stuff genuinely happens. From the “Did you pay for that” to the “We speak english here”. It happens.
The way Sean looks like he’s been through hell in the Redemption ending genuinely breaks me and I still can’t process these endings after almost 3 years 😭

It's very intense to know that there is no good or bad ending. Each of them has its own pros and cons.
First ending: Both of them get to live a life in peace but will probably never see each other again.
Second ending: Daniel gets to keep living in Mexico but loses his brother and feels angry and guilty.
Third ending: Sean and Daniel are able to live a peaceful and ordinary life together but they have been seperated for 15 years before that and didn't get to grow up together.
Fourth ending: The two of them live together in Mexico but they have to deal with how far they went by also hurting others to get there.
This game was a beautiful masterpiece and I'm so glad I played it.
In the fourth ending they’re eventually killed by Mexican gangsters (newspaper headline before the last scene)
@@kemchobhenchod I don't think they are the ones who got killed because the newspapers or pictures are always situations which happened before the endings and I think it represents Daniel's pin board. It could be possible that THEY killed two persons or someone they are in a conflict with.

I'm also guessing Sean is still going to Puerto Lobos, maybe to check out their dad's house, while Daniel stays due to his own life. It's bittersweet to see the two brothers seperate
i personally got the first ending which i was quite unhappy with, it felt as if these two were destined to spend their whole lives together, especially after losing their father. like most other people, i can agree blood brothers was the best ending. yes its sad how daniel grows up to be a 'worse' person, but he is happy. they both still have good hearts and would never hurt innocent people. thats why i hated seeing daniel under house arrest. after all theyve been through together, they deserve to spend the rest of their lives with each other to lean on.
My fav was sean escaping to mexico and daniel staying behind.Bcz both can reconnect with each other later on.Daniel will get a good life and Sean can also become financially stable.
As much effort as they put into staying together, I personally find it hard to ignore how self-destructive Sean’s protectiveness over Daniel is. My interpretation of the Parting Ways ending is that Daniel realised that Sean would never stop sacrificing himself for Daniel’s sake unless they let go of each other, at least for a little while. It’s more than likely that they’d be able to reunite when Daniel turns 18 but we don’t get to see that far ahead.

Btw who cried at rachels death😔
The Lone Wolf ending is the most heartbreaking in my opinion.
It's the best tbh
idgaf what anyone says, Blood Brothers is the best ending imo. The whole point of the game was to not be separated from Daniel and get to Mexico to finally be free. They might have to fight a lot of gangs and do some minor crimes but aye as long as they're together and free, it doesn't matter. Daniel might look unhappy but i'm sure he is grateful to still be with his brother, even if Mexico was not the land he thought it'd be. That's a small price to pay so he can be with his brother. Again, they're together and they are free, that's all that counts
period
Plus, Daniel genuinely smiles while having a drink with Sean by the beach. So come on, that's got to be proof he's not totally miserable, even if life's hard. Daniel actually pulls that melancholic face after Sean gets Esteban's lighter, so I like to think it's more like he misses Dad and struggles with some PTSD from the journey. But here's the thing, he doesn't have to deal with all that alone, and that's the beautiful side of this ending. It shows how strong a family bond can be, without interference of principles like morality or conformity.

i got the last ending and i am proud tbh i feel like it is the best one because it's the only one where they are free and not seperated
I think the ending is neither good/bad. The ending is only tragic, but also the "most realistic". The reason Sean and Daniel set their sights on Mexico in the first place is because it's the only place Sean can think of that both brothers still have a connection to (Sean also mentions that he's never really spent much time outside of Seattle - well there were no alternatives). In addition, Esteban said in conversation with Sean that he would like to return to his homeland one day, which Sean misunderstood. Esteban meant it like the Mexican couple did at the end. The problem is not home, but the daily violence and a life without prospects and a secure future for his children. Basically, in this ending, Sean and Daniel have also become what their father once was. He took a lot of risk and a lot of work so that the two could have it better. And even if the brothers have each other, they will ONLY have each other because they have lost touch with any previous caregiver. So yeah, the ending is badass and leaves one believing the brothers have achieved their goal. For real, Sean took away his little brother's chance of a life with perspective and the ability to have healthy relationships with other people. All this for a beach and sea view endcut?
I got it too but I feel like it's the second best ending. Best ending was them parting ways so they both get what they want. Daniel gets to grow up with Chris in a warm home. Sean gets to live his life in Mexico with Cassidy/Finn/alone. And they still know they're wolf brothers til the end

I got the ending where Sean surrendered and went to prison for 15 years and the campfire scene BROKE me 😭 I wish I had gotten the first ending. It definitely feels like everyone is happy even though the boys are separated. Daniel is with his grandparents and Sean made a new life for himself in Mexico with his love interest. Definitely the best ending. Maybe Daniel could visit Sean in Mexico so it’s not like they won’t ever see each other. But Sean was truly the biggest victim throughout this whole story. He literally always tried to do the right thing and went above and beyond to protect his little brother. He didn’t do anything criminal, he was basically just picking up after Daniel the whole time. So the ending I got sucks so much because he ended up paying for Daniels actions
Gotta be the only game i've played where "being bad" gives you the best ending. Spending 15 years in prison for a crime you didn't commit would break any man, being forced apart is an injustice as well, but being together, living the life, having a job, money and your brother at your side, well, trashing a few cars and some bad cops is a small price to pay for that.
Each ending feels like a scar. Aside from the one where Sean dies, that one feels like a limb got severed.
Lol
All the endings are horrible. I thought the one where Sean goes into prison for 15 years wasn't that bad. But he gets out and sees Daniel he doesn't seem himself. The one where they are both in Mexico but are doing crime is not pleasant. Those boys are sweet. They were raised that way, by their literally amazing father. They completely changed in that ending. Same in the one where Daniel is in Mexico and Sean is dead. Daniel has a horrible life, all alone with crime and his superpower. I guess the one where Sean was in Mexico and Daniel was with his grand parents wasn't too bad. But again, it's missing that connection between the two. They are brothers. Brothers that get along so well. It's not right for them to be separated like that. Its almost as bad as the ending where sean is in prison for 15 years. He misses out on Daniels childhood. His life. All the endings are horrible I seriously can't decided which is best. I'm going to do a list on which is best and worst.
Worst to the best
- Daniel alone without Sean. In Mexico doing crime.
- Sean and Daniel in Mexico. Doing crime and lost their spark of innocence. This ending would make father disappointed.
- Sean in prison for 15 years. Unfair for the both of them. Some could say they missed out the best moments of each other. They almost lost the brother-to-brother connection.
- I guess the last one is the ending where Sean is in Mexico with a loved one and Daniel is in America with his grand parents, mother and friends. (Can't he go and fly to Mexico? Idk)
i feel like sean go to jail ending is felt like sean is lost, thank god first ending exist..

Why? It's normal... the environment and people around you forms you... the appearance included. And Sean is over 30 years old when he comes out of jail... he's not that old in the other endings...
... and their characters are different in some endings... that also changes the appearance of this two. That's the choice/decision of the Players...
Especially Daniel
Daniel looks exactly like Sean in the Death ending.
In each ending they look the same to me. The only difference is they gave Sean a beard and made Daniel tall

Finished the last episode today, today’s also the 2-year anniversary of Ep. 5’s release, they both escaped to Mexico, but I still cried watching the other endings. ESECIALLY, when they went back to the trail. They’ve gone through so much and seeing them back there where their journey started is heartbreaking.
My take:
1. Sean in Prison meant he had to rot and be physiologically damage for the rest of his life. And when coming back to society he doesn't feel as connected to Daniel and just feels pain. But Daniel grew up in a perfect life until he realized the brother he long knew is broken. Leaving the rest of their lives ominous moving forward. Being able to be together, but separated by mental pain.
2. Sean dying and Daniel going to Mexico is probably the worst ending. Sean is alone in Mexico, doesn't know English, had to grow up in a harsh environment killing people and robbing for money because he has no moral compass. All of his friends and family are in America. And he's alone honoring his brother's wishes. On the flip side, Emo Gangster Daniel looks pretty cool I guess?
3. Sean going to Mexico and Daniel staying behind. Probably the most lukewarm ending. The two are separated but both equally free, we don't get to see Sean because assumingly he has it rough without Daniel's powers protecting him. And Daniel has an ankle bracelet possibly signaling he is under house arrest or is a bit of a rebel. They each got what they wanted except they are separated and each one wishes they were there with them.
4. Both going to Mexico means Sean got everything he wanted. He lives in Mexico with Daniel, it's a little rough but they get by with both their talents. They seem to be doing well off, but Daniel seems distant and a little unhappy until they get to sit on the beach together looking at the ocean. They can't go back to the States to see all the other people they love, but everyone is living life the best they can.
So in all the ending is about what your sacrificing. Sean's happiness or Daniel's happiness. But choosing either one means one is left without a full life. By going down in the middle they are equally happy and unhappy. Or if Sean dies then Daniel is infinitely worse off. So whose happiness do you choose and at what cost?
iIllusionStudios See and that is why there should be a sixth ending where Sean wins a trial or something where he gets 6 years or less in prison and they live happy, I get they wanted to have it like there is no happy ending but it would be nice to see one where the law itself is Unhappy but they are I guess I just wished they both could be happy.
It just isn’t fun Y’know?
You’re perception is very idealistic!
I chose for both of them to make it to Mexico. I thought Sean was going to get killed during the robbery I’m glad he didn’t. I cried making my decision but I wouldn’t have surrendered at all I wanted them together through it all tbh 😭 cause if it was me and my big brother I would’ve done the same if my brother said we’re going to cross that border
In the "Sean free, Daniel captured" ending you can see that older Daniel has some sort of sensor attached to his ankle. I guess that the government is controlling his every move through that thing so that he can't leave his house. So I wouldn't say that both of them are free in that ending 'cause Sean gets to live his life in Mexico while Daniel is a prisoner for life.
Low key was hoping Sean would discover a hidden power lol
Christian Lopez me too like super speed and maybe even Telekinesis as well
Thought FOR SURE that was going to happen. They kept mentioning "you have skill and talents too sean" throughout the game.
@@griffinrockssocks Yeah pretty sure his mother also said after that sentence is that he has the power to walk the correct path in this life
@@theplaystationcriminal995 lol
Same, I'll be honest.
i got the ending that they are both in mexico and living together. no matter what all i wanted is they being together. i think thats the best ending
YESSS
All Sean wanted to do was go to a party
Ikr
FOR REALL LMFAO
who can agree that the worst ending is when sean gets shot?!
I don’t think it’s the worst...
• ravioli • you need help lmao
The worst is when Sean is in jail
@@user-kr6oc5iu4p yep, submiting to the police is cringe, no matter the choice daniel makes
The surrender ending is worst, at least Sean is resting in peace with his Father.
Remember my children. It all started with corn syrup, a rock, and a bully.
Thank you for making me smile I feel a little better now 😭
And just to think that he went outside only to have his father killed and go through all this bullshit, damn
Corn syrup????
madison clarke ahh yes corn syrup 🥴
And some red food dye
I understood all the shit me and Daniel went through when I played the game but I sat there for an hour and a half just thinking about what was best for Daniel so I surrendered, only for Daniel to go through with it anyway and kill Sean, I hated my ending and I cried for like 2 hours but I still love this game
I was afraid Daniel would get caught and possibly experimented on so I turned myself over on a high morality playthrough... what a fool I've been. I'm sorry Sean!! You didn't deserve to have 15 years of your life in prison T.T I will fix this!!
