It pisses me off how everyone commenting on Daniel. There are more endings, like my Daniel didn't harm Cass, and Finn was still alive. He just started to crash everything because of the pain in his hand. So my Daniel was a cool kid and i think that it is very realistic character! All children push the closest people and trust people who treat them like adults when they are not. So fuck of he is just a fucking kid. btw that is why i haven't chosen Finn over Cass because she wouldn't put my kid into this shit.
im sorry i literally just got done episode 3 but theres no way of EVER making daniel happy. he always whines and blames sean for every little thing. hes toxic asf lmaoo just wanted to put it out there. and i hate how finn extorted him for his own well being. i chose to say no to the money when they were having a drink. daniel says he isn't a kid anymore but sure acts like one😭😂

RedCrono it’s Daniel & seems like Sean is in custody because at the end of episode 3 you hear the cop or whatever say no more running your toast bc Daniel was gone when Sean was knocked out so no Sean didn’t get killed he only got glass in his eye more likely won’t be able to see good anymore

I'm curious about Daniel's racoon jacket... in episode 2 his outfit would change according to what example Sean sets for him, I wonder if the cute racoon thing means he's a bit less of a brat and nicer to Sean
Nope, quite the opposite. You get this when you steal the camp gear from the store in episode 1. This decision is actually really important because it kind of makes him into the "bad" Daniel. There's a video on youtube about "good" vs "bad" Daniel. You could look at it
@@sharpworksamurai8404 Interesting. Also noticed the only ending where Daniel doesn't lash out on Sean (when he doesn't get shot) is also the only ending where he's wearing that raccoon jacket. Very small but intriguing detail.
@@Angie-ji7be The endings aren't really depentent on his clothing though. He has the raccon hoody if you steal from Hank in episode 1 which is also a bad decision if you want the "good" Daniel
One thing that I realased on Daniel, its the shirt that he dress on both finals. I dont know if is a random shirt or it confirm/show us or decision on the walktrough. Sorry for the poor english of mine.
Carolina Vitor Colin it legit is how you decide the way you play if your a bad influence like by stealing in ep 1 it really affects daniel’s decision making i know this because in ep 2 if your a good influence he would tell chris about the secret but if your a bad indluence he wont even if you tell him too, thats why if you hang out with cas more than him he would blame Cas cause he doesn’t get the family love he gets and people(real players) are just quick to blame daniel that his the asshole in the game
Mirill or whatever his name is, he said his daughter needs the money, so, definitely not wanting to steal the money. Sean is a more likeable character than daniel.
In my version: Cassy was there, I didn’t argue, and I also didn’t ask Daniel to use his power. I thought it would be too dangerous for him; I was afraid they might kidnap him or something like that. So, Finn got shot, Daniel got angry, threw Marril away, threw Cassidy too, and said that I changed because of her (which didn’t make sense to me, because I didn’t stay with Cassy or Finn. I always chose to stay with Daniel, didn’t smoke with them, didn’t get a tattoo, a haircut, or swim in the lake, but anyway).
If I knew Daniel is going to have an adventure with the safe no matter what I say (I tried to be good brother the whole game), I would have fancy haircut instead
Daniel is a child and is passing through a lot, BUT FINN IS A DAMN ADULT i hate him. that's why i like cassidy is more mature and has more empathy than finn
I thought I fucked up and got the worst ending possible but now I see all endings are the same lmao. I don't want Daniel getting shot though. It doesn't matter how annoying he got, he's just 9. I might play the last part again and let Finn die. Man, where's this game going like this?
So no matter what choices you make throughout the episodes, the only thing that changes is Fin dies or he doesn't lol. And people wonder why telltale went under.
Only good decision based games that actually have many different endings are heavy rain and detroit. No other games have choices that can drastically affect your endings or dialogue.
What type of injury that Cassidy got ? , don’t tell it’s will affect her and its will be a huge damage ? , so either you choose to save Finn from getting killed but Cassidy will got injured or you will got Cassidy not injured but Finn will got killed , you can’t save both of them 100% right ?
Actually, you can, I decided to agree to take part in the heist when Dan and Finn were already in the house, because I was sure Daniel would mess things up anyway, so Cassidy left the house in a fury (so she's safe, hopefully) and Finn wasn't killed as well.
Just finished this episode and I can’t stand Daniel. I understand he’s 9 and he’s had a lot of bad influences and what happened to his dad will forever haunt him. But man he doesn’t listen no matter how understanding and nice my character tries to be.
What about you keep the hairstyle, stay with Cassidy for the MOMMY AND DADDY TIME, then chase after Finn and Daniel, Big Joe joins Merrill to go against the 4, and use the gun? Even if we know all of it, maybe, MAYBE, we haven’t seen all of that in one play through?
It's frustrating, knowing that no matter what choices you made in the first three episodes. You still get almost the same ending. Had they made the scene differ depending on what choices were made in the events for this. Then it would have not only not annoy the player but encouraged many to want to replay the series when they're done to see what other outcomes they would have got. Also, after you've watched these back-to back. You notice how much assets and audio they end up reusing.
Huh.. Came to check this out cause I thought I got a pretty bad ending. Turns out I got the best one. Finn is still alive, Daniel got shot (but tbh I never really cared about him, he's annoying af lol. Especially in episode 3) and Sean got stabbed in the eye. Hoped there would be an ending where no one gets hurt, but apparently there isn't. Alright, I'll stick with what I got.
I know Daniels just a kid but his character is the worst. He never listens and uses his powers at times that aren’t necessary. Not to mention he’s rude and annoying.
Ikr, that's my perspective on him too. I don't get ppl's mindset on him being a kid, yeah perhaps, but even if you go for good choices, lookout for him, he spits at you anyway. It's Ep05 where I liked him and the first one, in 2-4 he's always acting like a dumbass and getting us into trouble.
I’m really curious to know what makes Daniel attack Cassidy or not. I did turn the heist down twice and fully romanced Cassidy (Haircut, tattoo, lake, tent, etc.) and he attacked her. But then I saw another playthrough where the person did everything I did and yet Daniel didn’t attack. It’s really bugging me not knowing.
It could depend on choices in earlier episodes. I romanced Cassidy but got no haircut, choosing to stay with Daniel instead, but Daniel attacked her all the same, so it must be somethng I did in episode 1 or 2.
@Yuri I’ve seen conflicting reports there too. Someone said they killed the cougar and Daniel attacked Cassidy. While another person said they killed the cougar and Daniel didn’t attack.
I've seen on Reddit you basically have to give full attention to only Daniel. Don't steal anything, give him chock o crisps, don't be violent to that racist old man and steal from him. A bunch of dumb stuff that caters to him. This episode was like the worst when it comes to needing to pander to him. You basically have to give up having a life since getting drunk or high is something that's apparently bad.

Everyone died except Daniel or what...? I don’t know how to interpret this.
For the first time I have no idea how to interpret the ending of the game.
Melanix8 Sean didn’t Daniel definitely didn’t because he was already gone after everything happen Sean was knocked out along with Finn and Cassidy depends on your choices I mean Sean gets knocked out no matter one and prob lost a eye or something he had glass in it
This is the ending of the game or will be episode 4 and 5 released?
Detbehum we still got episode 4 & 5 episodes 4 August 22nd episode 5 December 3rd so nah this ain’t the end
@@yolodk7848 thank you!
Detbehum yw
Daniel = salt
DONTNOD needs to make the Life is Strange games into a movie!!!!! They're just so dam good!
Exactly
Daniel was so unbelievably selfish all this is his fault he only thinks about himself
Probably won’t see this but thank you for having a rational mind kids can make choices I’ll dumb it down for anyone not blaming Daniel it’s the same as if you tell a kid don’t take this or there will be consequences and the funny part is every time he tries to save something someone’s gets hurt or dies he only clutched up in season 1 with that racism red neck which was before he knew he had powers I believe
Poor Cassidy
Well damn Daniel
Nice meme. But ni really. Fuck him
It pisses me off how everyone commenting on Daniel.
Turn on captions auto generated at 23:03. Daniel BOOM!
I'm legit worried about Finn. My boy can die here, which means he won'r be one of the mains in episode 4(((
fuck finn, honestly don't care for him
Wait haha I just realized Sean’s haircut is basically the same one Tyler Joseph got recently
If daniel can carry a tree burst a tree
Why couldnt he break the gate in 1 second
He can, he was doing it slowly to make less noise.
He was probably trying to be careful, so he slowly applied more force, making sure the gate wasn’t going to explode open, until the chain broke.
Or daniel can lift the save and carry it to the camp and open it there
@@nijel1943 I'm pretty sure he actually needs to see the safe in order to do that-
Metal
I really would like to see how strong Daniel gets in episode 5 that’s the only reason why I watch this
I hate Daniel when he says to Sean you fuck everything up he's really describing himself
Exactly he is one of the most selfish characters I've seen
I really wish they could've get the cash. Coz there's no other choice at the end too but the inevitable Finn's plan.
Ye same but that would completely mess up the story to I guess they just made it easier to make sure u couldn’t get the cash
im sorry i literally just got done episode 3 but theres no way of EVER making daniel happy. he always whines and blames sean for every little thing. hes toxic asf lmaoo just wanted to put it out there. and i hate how finn extorted him for his own well being. i chose to say no to the money when they were having a drink. daniel says he isn't a kid anymore but sure acts like one😭😂
That dude talkin' at the end better be Officer Tanaka or whatever his name was who texts sean in ep. 1
Luke Garfield No it's the old racist man that kidnapped Sean in episode 1
Officer Tanaka? Sounds like a Japanese name...
“WHaT Is THisS, Ooh AoOh!” I’M ChOkiNg 😭
Lollll
In my ending everyone’s alive but injured. Im not sure why mine wasn’t in there though.🤷🏾♂️
How you do it?
Literally mine too
34:44 "And I oop."
XD
Idk preview ep4 i cant tell if its Daniel whos grown up after Sean who might have died Cuz that’ll be a big time skip from in-game yr 2015-2019. If that he probably look for his mom.
Looks to tall to be Daniel and I doubt there is gonna be a time skip.
Daniel went missing after that, and Sean(hopefully alive) looking for him by himself. Life is Strange has alot of time skipping so you never know.
RedCrono as I said Sean is prob getting questioned by the law
ozzomega very believe they will because the dude walking that’s Daniel not Sean dude
Sean's hair is badass!!! 😍❤️😍❤️😍
wich one
If you cut seans hair it looks ugly as fuck
WAIT a minute!! You DIDN'T the scene when sean n Cass went to go get them n agree to get the moneyy while they all there.. you said no 2x with Cassidy..
You could look at it
@@sharpworksamurai8404 ooooh I see, thanks for the explanation 😊
@@sharpworksamurai8404 Interesting. Also noticed the only ending where Daniel doesn't lash out on Sean (when he doesn't get shot) is also the only ending where he's wearing that raccoon jacket. Very small but intriguing detail.
@@Angie-ji7be The endings aren't really depentent on his clothing though. He has the raccon hoody if you steal from Hank in episode 1 which is also a bad decision if you want the "good" Daniel
sharp work samurai Ahhh, so that was only in the case of this person's playthrough. I see, I get it.
I FIGURED IT OUT
Daniel is a SUPER VILLAIN
This is an origin story
👽
bogos binted
Why no one though in bringing the safe outside and open it there instead of making noise inside the house 🤦
LMFAOOOO TRUE
Big brain
Anyone else is watching this in 2024
?
MEEEEE
2025
Dude sounds and looks like the guy from inside edition
POV: the 0% of players who did nothing and finn wasnt killed: 👍
If I’m being honest, Daniels power messes everything up, like I kinda dislike him
I love Telekinesios
Max?????
I don't think he can control it
This what happens when a kid is irresponsible with power.
thx ya for showing me all outcomes :p
All of these endings i feel like before daniel trashed the whole place, they could’ve atleast got out with some money
That dude that got shot looks like wade from gta 5
🙄🙄😶😑🤔
Michelle Harvey how tf do people watching this not know the characters names
XxEllis GamesxX bc hes lame
im so late but he really does.
@@xxellisgamesxx7703 how am I suppose to know
it would be epic to see Daniel's version of the Dark Phoenix from Marvel Comics
Oh Finn flirted with me when I told him about my car experience
Sean is not stabbed
Its just a piece of glass hit his eye
12:08 did you "Seach" them?
LMAO I NOTICED THAT TOO
Daniel is the worst part of this game...and you're stuck with him the whole time. I would have loved the option to abandon him.
Lmao I thought we would be able to get that option too.
@@balagold1389 just started playing late on. Absolutely devastated when I realised your stuck with the little shit lol
Shaun deserved better.
bro wtf hes like 9 any 9 year old would do something like this if this happened to them
In my version: Cassy was there, I didn’t argue, and I also didn’t ask Daniel to use his power.
Don’t do the heist. You don’t get anything out of it. You only harm the characters future in the game.
Great idea. It's still going to happen, though.
Daniel better get it together next chapter
New option *Use gun on Daniel*
Like for this option
If I knew Daniel is going to have an adventure with the safe no matter what I say (I tried to be good brother the whole game), I would have fancy haircut instead
He's 9 years old
Finn : And Sean is 16, and you did him
How ya get the ending with the safe? I’ve tried maybe messing up on my choices or something
Gotta do the heist
Quietly, not getting caught by anyone
That's all I know
Awesome World of Music thx you I’ve been trying figure it out
@Lonely Wolf Look through the window outside before heading in if im not too late
Daniel is a child and is passing through a lot, BUT FINN IS A DAMN ADULT i hate him. that's why i like cassidy is more mature and has more empathy than finn
That means what ever decision you make, Sean still get that Eye Injury.
I thought I fucked up and got the worst ending possible but now I see all endings are the same lmao. I don't want Daniel getting shot though. It doesn't matter how annoying he got, he's just 9. I might play the last part again and let Finn die. Man, where's this game going like this?
I just now completed episode 2, looks i must play episode 3
So no matter what choices you make throughout the episodes, the only thing that changes is Fin dies or he doesn't lol. And people wonder why telltale went under.
Only good decision based games that actually have many different endings are heavy rain and detroit. No other games have choices that can drastically affect your endings or dialogue.
*does nothing *
Merlin: so you chosen death
Me: HuH WuT
Game: muahahh
*Kills finn and I lose an eye *
What the f
What you want me to do finn.
Damn that stung.
there’s actually a version if you have low brotherhood (i think) where he asks sean👀
which is kinda weird tbh
Can you show us Daniel disobeying Sean and getting shot?
So...the best decision is to go steal with Finn so he survives?
No u can keep him alive without agreeing with him u just have to ask Daniel to use his power but he get shot in the shoulder instead but is fine
The Use Gun option seems fanmade.
U cant get the gun if u dont agree with finn
hello sir
I just realized that a month ago lol
I think theres one more ending, finn doesnt get killed by using power of daniel
concluding: daniel will act fuckin stupid in every possible situation
hes 9 broski
After that kiss with Finn I’ll I’m scared shirtless that he was going to die
Scared shirtless. Kinda funny
HAAHAHAH
hello sir shitless* oops autocorrect
It's frustrating, knowing that no matter what choices you made in the first three episodes. You still get almost the same ending. Had they made the scene differ depending on what choices were made in the events for this. Then it would have not only not annoy the player but encouraged many to want to replay the series when they're done to see what other outcomes they would have got.
Also, after you've watched these back-to back. You notice how much assets and audio they end up reusing.
It’s actually hilarious
Very cool
i feel so horrible for sean daniel finn and cassidy!!
In my game everyone is alive. I wonder why that version wasn’t here. I really just came to see if there was a way to prevent Shawn from losing his eye
34:44 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know Daniels just a kid but his character is the worst. He never listens and uses his powers at times that aren’t necessary. Not to mention he’s rude and annoying.
Ikr, that's my perspective on him too. I don't get ppl's mindset on him being a kid, yeah perhaps, but even if you go for good choices, lookout for him, he spits at you anyway. It's Ep05 where I liked him and the first one, in 2-4 he's always acting like a dumbass and getting us into trouble.
The Phenomenal Architect™ yes I actually really liked him in episode 5. He seemed more tamed
@@shannoncollier5768 yeah, and more understanding.
@@angelanapoleone7230what was your choice in the cougar scene?
@Yuri I’ve seen conflicting reports there too. Someone said they killed the cougar and Daniel attacked Cassidy. While another person said they killed the cougar and Daniel didn’t attack.
I've seen on Reddit you basically have to give full attention to only Daniel. Don't steal anything, give him chock o crisps, don't be violent to that racist old man and steal from him. A bunch of dumb stuff that caters to him. This episode was like the worst when it comes to needing to pander to him. You basically have to give up having a life since getting drunk or high is something that's apparently bad.
@@Yuri98 I didn't let Daniel kill it. But I stole from the awful racist man in the first episode, and it seems this decision is having a huge impact on my Daniel's behavior.
I just hate the fact that you cant kill Merrill
