For Phở (beef noodles soup), I would order Phở without the rice noodles and ask for extra plate of bean sprouts and sliced white onions. They are sweet, crunchy and very delicious. Yummy!
On my busy day in the office - meeting after meeting- I would have my break a fast meal as pancakes top with melted blueberries and 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt in a small glass Pyrex container to eat between the break before next meeting (around 10:30 AM) and a smoothie in a thermos (both make before I leave for work) to drink (around 1:45 PM). Without these prepared meals, I would not be able to stay on track and stay satiated. Thanks a lot for the tips.
Great video. I’m so confused about all the different information out there - high protein from animal sources v all the other info out there saying to stay away from meat and especially red meat?? How do you figure out what to believe?

I ask because I’m extremely sensitive to sweets but I’d like to try your chocolate protein powder + unsweetened protein powder and mix them together to make it less sweet 🤷🏽♀️🙈🙈. Hopefully the sweetness doesn’t make me ill but if it does then I’d like to know my options. This question goes for the unsweetened version as well. Thank you so much. 🙏🏼
???? When in a pinch, what is the better choice??? Sometimes at my grocery store they are out of the whole milk, 100% grass fed milk that I use to make Greek yogurt. They have a lower fat, 100%grass fed milk (they stock more lower fat than whole milk 😢) or I can choose an organic whole milk not grass fed. What would be my best choice in this circumstance? ?? FYI, my grocery store is getting better at keeping this in stock.
Hi Autumn You give the best information and very helpful to me. I did intermittent fasting- my eating window is 11:00 am- 7:00 pm. It’s hard to get the amount of protein and food because when I break my fast at lunch I don’t be hungry. I think I should cut back on my first meal and then try it that way. The protein bar might be an option I will see. Great advice I like this kind of videos. Have a great day
