Also if i snack I find that i can easily overdue it. A lot. Snacking has always been a major issue for me. Now i just eat a meal or don't eat at all. That way i tend to avoid major mistakes that can start with just a few more cashews. You did mention something about the weight scale that i find I actually benefit from using one daily. I understand your point that it can lead you astray. But i find that regular consistent weigh ins are very informative. I like to do it daily first thing in the morning. I liking know how different food intake impacts my weight among other things. When I try to tweak my routine with different amounts of protein, different time windows and new workouts. Or after i eat out or during a family celebration I like to note any weight gain. Also how long and in what intervals will the weight melt away. It helps to know how your body works. So I like it for the data. Wondering your thoughts on this.
Hi Autumn, I read through your bundle before starting the 7 day Detox. I'm on day 4 and am feeling really good. Noticing all kinds of changes in Energy, Mental Clarity, Calmness, and my Sleep... a big wow on that. My Husband and I are enjoying all of your recipe's and I love how they are calculated for 1 - 2 servings, just right for an individual or Married ( no kids ) household. I wanted to know how an occasional Kombucha drink falls into your plan? Thanks for your dedication to the cause! Love your UA-cam channel and books. Gale.
? Autumn if you do a fast every day will your body become accustomed to it and not work anymore or should I stagger the fasting to keep the body guessing?
I’m not sure we are always talking about the same thing when we use the word snack.I often consider it a snack when I eat a small amount, but you often seem to think it implies a certain type of food or closer to other eating (between meals/less that 3 hours). I consider it a snack if I eat a hard boiled egg, for instance, on my break at work.I would typically leave the house at 8-possibly having eaten some yogurt or something, but maybe not. I get one break in my shift. So if I eat light on my break I still consider it a snack-even if I don’t eat again till I get back home at 5 or 6. Snacking is necessary for eating *something*-even if I don’t count it as a meal,because it’s not a lot of food. Would you consider it a snack if it’s excellent food quality/content and hours removed from other eating “sessions”-if it’s not enough volume to consider a meal?
