    Wow 😂 I have both in my cart and couldn’t pick which one. Nobody else had a video comparison.
    Thanks

    I havn't thrown the Strive yet, but I put it in the slot the Ballista is supposed to be T -1, F3 and the Ballista (my max distance driver) T -2, F3, putting the Bolt to T -2, F2/3. The Rive is b33f compared, hard to get above 330' without a big "uncontrolled flex" on the backhand, the forehand is something we will keep quiet for a while longer :P

      rive flex forehands go very far!!!!

      If a forehand gets over 300' of controlled power you might have more than a 10' difference between max distance mids and distance drivers. Thats not me, yet. xD

    Also bag both and fully agree how perfect 1-2 punch they are.
    Just fyi, if you really want to go to that Nikko style chop forehand with ridiculous angles, give an Orbit Rive a try. My 2023 version was more OS than a Stiletto out of box and eventually it beat into what a stock Rive is out of the box.

    You can think about the stability in many ways, one is obviously the height of the parting line, but the other is the radial mass distribution. If you have convex edge it has more outwards radius mass distribution than straight or concave edge. The more convex it it, the further the mass can be from the centre. Concave shape means the mass must be elsewhere. Looking at just one side of the disc is not enough, gotta analyze both sides. Esp. mids and approach discs have often very convex top and concave bottom.

    Have both and they are so good me forehand. Strive gets some beautiful lines while the Rive is amazing for anny flex lines. Royal plastic is amazing as well. I use a Fission Photon if I need something just a little slower.

      i also love the fission photon but am currently using an orc in that slot

    What are the distance here? My prototype is wildly understabel.

      I throw around 60 mph and throw high 300s low 400 on bh and 400+ on FH

    Been throwing a rive for awhile, and it has beat in to almost be identical to the shape you throw that strive on. This has me weary to throw a strive due to if it beats in, will it just become a roller?

    • @IceBergTV
      @IceBergTV  4 місяці тому

      my beat in strive flies exactly the same as new or at least very close

      @@IceBergTV strives really havent been out long enough to even be beat in unless you've thrown it like 3 rounds a day off every tee shot since the day the prototype came out.

    strive is way to flippy, its more of a -3 disc

      my white one is fairly stable

    Is it just a faster Grace? Or is it more stable?

    • @IceBergTV
      @IceBergTV  4 місяці тому +1

      I have the 2x grace and it seems very similar in stability, just a bit wider as you mentioned. I get better lines out of strive though

    i find it very difficult to take these kind of reviews seriously.. bad form, can't hit the same line twice.. how would you know unless you're actually capable of throwing a 13 speed. no offense man, not trying to be mean

    • @IceBergTV
      @IceBergTV  4 місяці тому +5

      Respect! Most people cant throw 13 speeds so maybe this is still valueable for some. Thanks for commenting

      @@isaiahallen1346 i understood what you meant! I only throw in the high 300s and low 400s in terms of golf lines. Im throwing 63-64 regularly im not sure at what speed you should throw to optimize 13 speeds. Thanks for your reply good sir
