good day admin, mag ask lang po sana ako opinion nyo po, may papa ayos kami next month ng aming roof deck ang sukat nya is 2.5 meters by 12 meters, rectangular sya kaya medyo tiny house na din sya, ang estimate ng friend nmin civil engr sya pero not licensed, is 360K resonable na po ba ang ganyan price? ang mga ggawin are tiles, cr, long span roof and steel trusses, paint job and water proofing..TIA, sana may mka basa🙂

This is better off as a guest house. Unless you develop the area around the bodega. Like add a pool, a home gym, a barbecue grill, a videoke machine . . .
