Yup. Lalo na kung this year ipapa tayo, 2024 pero syempre mayrong peso dwvaluation. Ang question na lang siguro is if the 1.4M includes a concrete slab for the 2nd floor. That would be inspiring. I would like to get an update sana kc to compute it for this years target.

This is the type of house that I dream of not so big house but enough to your daily living space ❤🥰 and don't need to buy sub standard subs houses. It's way cheaper still when it cost 1.5M. you just need to save for it.

Hi Argyll and Chi you did a great job! Ganitong style din ang gusto ko na ipagawa one day sa probinsya namin. I live in Norway now, mag suggest lang sana ako if you don´t mind, para maging 100% Scandinavian sya. Is not to have a cactus sa front yard dahil hindi normal to use that in Scandinavian countries. Aside from that super bet ko ang house👍👍👌🥰
