- We brought in people ages 0-100 to answer some of life’s big questions. Well, technically, we couldn’t find anyone 100 years old - but we did find a gentleman who is 105. In this episode, we asked the question, "what is one thing everyone should try?"

Because she's 8, she's naive and young and says the things we want to be true, but we know better from experience, even though we really really want to listen to the little voice in the back of our heads that says it can be true.

+T A R T E P R I N C E S S I'm currently learning French, I'm about 4 months in and it feels great. I also speak Spanish and I think It'd be awesome to be able to speak 3 languages.
I took spanish for 4 years and I just begun self-teaching french, just the experience of trying to learn is exciting! Good luck! :)
+T A R T E P R I N C E S S A cool language to learn could be Norwegian/Swedish. Not that many native speakers but the two languages are so similar that if you learn one, you'll also understand the other. That way you pretty much learn two languages in one.
I'm learning Japanese! I kinda felt like just English and Spanish wasn't enough. I managed to go to Tokyo and became fluent in my third language; I'll continue studying it, but I won't go for 4 languages though.

I think you have to try whatever it is that you aren't letting yourself. Want to be a singer? Sing. And sing some more. If you 'fail', it doesn't matter because you tried it out. Don't waste your life dreaming. Put those dreams to work (unless you're a pyromaniac or something. Then maybe not so much.)
I try to do something new out of my comfort zone each and every day whether it be intellectual.physical, mental, spiritual, cultural, social, personal growth or whatever. True growth comes out of you comfort zone. :)
Swimming in the ocean is something that I think pretty much every single person should try. Or at least playing in the tide.
#80 is the key! Most people are too worried about themselves that they do not hear what others are saying. Or they are too self-centered about what they are going to say next that they do not hear the message being presented to them!

I think everyone should try being transparent with emotions. If you feel sad say it, if you feel happy say it...if you feel lonely SAY IT. There is nothing wrong with showing our feelings even when we are afraid of showing our vulnerability.
Everyone should try going a week without complaining once. Not in your mind, not in your words. Anyone up for the challenge? (A day is too easy, you're better than that!)

If my goal is to build muscle and lift the heaviest amount of weight possible, there's no way I can be quiet! Lol. I'll burst a vein or something. Haha. But I feel like everyone can benefit from some form of exercise and weight training. Teaches you a lot. Discipline, self respect, perseverance, patients, and so much more if you go into it with an open mind willing to learn! The body can do pretty amazing things.

Ok we all say "face our fears" and try something new, but it really doesn't translate into our lives well, it's mostly just a thought most times. We're all stuck in the same patterns of our life at the end of the day.

Everyone should give a listen to a musical artist or a type of music that they normally don't listen to. I started listening to a J-pop group called Perfume after hearing one of their songs in a TV show. I had never listened to any J-pop groups before. I just started randomly searching for their music videos on UA-cam thinking maybe I would find one other song that I liked if I was lucky. I found so many great songs that I absolutely loved and now I am such a big fan of their music. I could not believe how much I absolutely loved their music. Anyone interested in them should check out their videos for Monochrome Effect, Magic of Love, Baby Cruising Love, Macaroni, Secret Secret, Chocolate Disco, Polyrhythm, Love the World, One Room Disco, Glitter, Natural ni Koishite, Nee, Kasuka na Kaori, Spice, Star Train, or Relax in the City. Falling in love sucks, I think one thing everyone should try is to be empathetic.
I'm not facing my fear,(sharks) those sea monsters weight a ton and have a lot of teeth, some species can eat me whole and I don't want to dissolve in stomach acid,I also developed a fear of the being in the middle of the ocean, the only way I'm conquering that fear is when I start playing sunatica(I don't think I spelled the game right but it's basically Minecraft on an alien world but everything is underwater) at least I conquered my fear of heights and rollercoasters
