Anna ,pls look into my comment I know ur giving more than 100% for us. Along with ur workout videos just post 1picture (breakfast,lunch , dinner) of what we should take on that particular day from day 1 to 21. It will help for most of us and we can avoid confusion on our intake of food. So on day 22 we will be confident that we followed RD Anna completely. Plsssss
