Here are 5 quick tips I put together that can help you improve in your stop motion and it’s action scenes, some of these tips apply to stop motion in general and can be used for all kinds of scenes but I feel some of them can help in action scenes also

Another tip: when a character hits another, shake the camera to make the blow more impactful

I’ll tell you it here since I feel it’s not worthy to make a whole video for but you vah import the frames whenever an attack lands to give more of an effect on the attack and make it seem more extreme

Maybe remove the stand put them on their knees and if they move out tape?
For poses I would recommend using a stand and if you don’t have one try tape 😂
