Your explanation was perfect! I wanted to make an ease in and ease out tutorial earlier in the year but for some reason I couldn't put it into words. Love the long form content.
Been doing stop-motion for a year and it felt like my animation style was getting stale and boring but this video really helped change my understanding and now I know how to improve so thank you :)
You have my subscription, and NGL I have all of the free time in the world as I work from home and I only have to work five hours a day to make good wages. So I'll be doing 30 fps stop motions
I love your videos! Watching them has made me feel inspired to make my own animations! Your tutorials are funny and always easy to follow and understand.
Thank you so much for this tutorial, as a stop motion creator I was wondering what the problem was with my animations, but you explained what they were and how to fix them. I’ll be sure to use them in my next and future animations!
A few questions. 1•Why do you put a paper on your phone camera. 2•how do you mirror the stopmotion app from your phone to the tablet/computer from the video and lastly can I have some marshmallows
For the questions, how do you properly take accessories like hands off without making the figure move around, even with sticky tack they sometimes bounce back a bit
Hey I am trying to do stop motions where people fly but when I go back and erase the item that I used to hold the figure up you can tell really easily that something was their
I also shoot at 16 FPS and I was thinking about going up to 24 but 16 has been my sweet spot too. Just need to get better with lighting and creating blur when needed
Awesome video bro 😁👍 Thanks for the advice and tips Just wanted to ask If you think it’s better to film stop motion with Lego figures or action figures? I’m planning to do stop motion fantasy fights I know Lego is easier but action figures have more fluid movements What would you recommend?
You could just film from the waist up or thigh up. If you're really good with your expression you will be able to convey your message.. I've had weird figures that had balancing issues or weak ankles that need a rig😩
