Great video and I am planning on doing this. At around 5 mins you use putty to fill the port. What putty do you recommend? What about expansion and relative expansion between the putty and the case? Different materials.
Can you put a 200 transmission in to a 150 p range cheers
what is with the numbers of the Crankcase ( 6:14)??? not matching numbers!!! do you think it doesn`t matter when you build up motors with differnt Crankcasenumbers?
I think I didn't understand that why did you fill up that crankcase space with epoxy, can you please explain since I am a rookie so I didn't understand that part can you please explain to me
Plugged because they do not match the cylinder. If you look back around 5:13, before the new windows are cut. you'll see that there is only the exhaust port in the cylinder.
@@notbenh thank you so much, sir, now I understand it
@@pabitrikalita3940 What ben said!
@@ThatScooterThing sir I had asked question on why did you used epoxy putty, so he gaved me a explanation on why did you used it for port matching
@@pabitrikalita3940 Crankcase pressure. a little dead volume can be easily filled up like this. it might not help much with a stock 208, but it is already ready for a nice Malossi 210 cylinder :D
