Great tutorial. I do have one question. I plug in my iPad as I can see the screen in obs. but the audio is not going coming out.. Do u know what is the problem or how can I fix this?

I don't fully understand the question. The audio from your iPad? I use a software called Reflector by a company called Air Squirrel. Then I add that app as a source in LoopBack. I hope that helps.

I have to say, as a Mac user from '85, this is super helpful. I already own Loopback, but I had an "overkill" setup. Now I have a dedicated "Twitch Stream" setup, for this very purpose. I have to assume that if I want to have my DAWs audio streaming, I just add it as an input source, right? and the output source should be OBS?

As long as your DAW shows up in the inputs, you should be able to add it to your input list. Similar to what I did here, I would add it to something named “Streaming Audio Setup” or something. Then tell OBS to use that as your input. This way you can use that combined input for different recording software like maybe QuickTime. Check it out though, there may be a slight delay.
