Why do you always forget?
The credits are always created & rendered at the very end of the video's production, and due to deadlines I often don't end up with enough time to re-adjust and re-render them before we have to start uploading the video
Landy is also an amazing Sonic. Serious like Jason when he needs to be, but sounds so natural like Ryan, and has Roger's deeper tone that makes me feel like he's an older Sonic.
He would make a great Sonic for the games or tv show. So far my favorite voice actor is Wolfblade93. He is a PERFECT Starline. Like the role was made for him. I cannot imagine anyone else playing him 👍🏾

@@eslm-studios2996 That's what I was thinking. Cream's seen her fair share of action, but a zombot apocalypse is a bit further outside the norm than any other adventure. Her mom's just selling her kid short to try and keep her safe.
What a time to bring in Cream, the most innocent of the Sonic cast is brought in during the middle of a zombie apocalypse. And then the Chao get turned in their first IDW appearance.

Okay, but is it safe to say I LOVE Gemerl's voice acting?
I've always had a pretty big soft spot for reformed robots, thanks to Gamma, and Gemerl is particularly high on my list of favorite mechanical characters. I admit I was nervous about how well he would be portrayed, but you guys really did him justice! Thank you for putting so much passion into these dubs, you're all amazing!
Each and every episode the music gets better and better it's insane. Gemerl voice is perfect, round of applause.

IDW is very good (especially with its main two writers) so hopefully Sega gives them a bit more freedom. Nothing is better than something amazing that is also canon-compliant.
At least when this all wraps up shadow gets some genuine time to regret his mistakes and seems genuinely remorseful and points out his own misunderstandings
Starline voice is a 10/10. Finitevus would be proud their spiritual successor got such a good voice. Ken Penders would sue to have a voice actor that good.

That's honestly the best sonic story in years. A zombie apocalypse themed plot is something new, it's frightening and nightmarish for the characters and really engaging for the reader. All the characters are given stuff to do, it doesn't slow down, I love it!

I like how the comic brings up gmerls ability to bond with other technology and cleared up that gmerl isn’t able to control it. On the flip side of things, the metal virus can’t infect machines either.
While they can't infect machines, they will still attack them if they aren't zombots. So Omega and Gremel will still be targets, even though they are robots.
So, currently olny Sonic, Gmerl, Omega, and maybe Shadow can touch them, but that would have some serious lore implications
How did Gemerl get here in the first place? Also I need a refresher on who he is.

he's a robot made by Eggman using Gizoid/Emerl's data, eventually was rewired by Tails and stayed with Cream and Vanilla.

I've said once and I'll say it again "Eggaman has lost his mind!" starting the zombie apocalypse, the lengths this guy goes just to defeat Sonic.
How did it not come to his mind that when he said that the victims show aggressive tendencies without direction... that means the virus can't be controlled. Like, c'mon man. You're supposed to be the smartest man alive, right?

Not to mention that this maniac literally tried to drop the sun upon the Earth just to defeat the Resistence back in Sonic Forces. I have no idea how he planned on surviving that, but that goes to show that he has no limits on his cruelty.

Sonics anger, Creams confidence, Starlines voice, Vanilla, everyone! this whole dub is incredible!!
So this was already good without the voices.
But man oh man, you guys nailed it. The intensity just went through the roof with the voice acting, music and sound effects. And my heart goes out to Cream.

The use of the Nonaggression leitmotif when Gemerl first appeared was just superb. Phenomenal sound design and editing, even aside from the voice acting.

The comic definitely has dark moments, but it still feels like a kid show. Maybe it's the art style, or maybe it's me getting tired of the franchise

Okay, thought I'd ask.
With the sheer number of characters(100+) shown in World's Unite it'd probably be a HUGE undertaking.
I can't even begin to think of the logistics needed to wrangle up a cast large and vocally diverse enough to properly voice them. I guess sound effects would be a little easier if one can find enough of them.

All of these comments talking about Gemerl’s voice: be sure to give credit where it’s due to the editors that put the filter over it. All I did was read slow... which is something I’ve been doing since elementary school XD

SarahtheCatlove did such an amazing job voicing Cream! Her voice throughout this episode reminded me so much of Bubbles from the Powerpuff Girls.

God, the growing robotic voice on Sonic as his infection is growing during his argument with G. SO GOOD, Such a nice touch!
I really love the Voice for Germel sounded robotic but not emotionless
God I just want to commend the sound design, on top of the already amazing voice acting the bgm really helps emphasize the stress and intensity of the situation. Especially the part where Vanilla screams and the music almost comes to a halt, such a pin drop moment! especially after the intensity of cream trying to reason with gemerl. Also eggman's normal voice shifting to a more filtered mic voice was such a smooth transition and such a nice touch
he way that Gmerl music was when he appeared & how the theme turned dramatic the more into it & the story ..... it was simply AMAZING !!!! BEAUTIFUL performance with that soundtrack it fit together with what was going on SO WELLLLL
I got overcome with emotions when I saw the recreated Sonic Advance 3 true ending picture. I can’t believe that we are actually seeing Gemerl in a canon post- Advance 3 storyline!!
I love the use of the colosseum tune for Gemerl’s sections, and I ADORE the rapid and cool headed voice direction for Gemerl too! I am really enjoying this series. Thank you so much for making and sharing this dub of the comics!

4:25 to 5:32 this part was amazing, I think the VA for Sonic really captured his frustrated voice well! As well as the VA for Gemerl!
Ah, the start of this arc hitting all of Cream's trauma buttons like someone playing the Minute Waltz in five seconds.
Man Paxton Lee does a spectacular job at voicing Gemerl, I always imagined him with a deeper voice but I actually love his upbeat tone way more

dang i have been following this for a few weeks but the work in this dub is phenominal. the pacing, the VOICE ACTING! And also the use of all those great soundtracks. i really loved the composition of gemerl's theme. Greatest comic dub i bared witness and easily recovered my love for sonic.

Dr.Starline is right,Eggman keeps using the same exact strategy over and over again in hopes of a different result which leads to Sonic kicking him to the curb. It is like Eggman is just using "taking over the world" as an excuse to keep him and Sonic in the same cycle because Eggman doesn't know who he is without it.
I love your work, your voices fit the characters and your interpretation is also very good, not to mention the editing, music and sound effects that are very good, you should be professional voice actors

Honestly, this was by far the best storyline this comic series has had and the main reason I love the comic so much. It was sort of bad timing with you know, the actual virus that was spreading around the globe (still is, but you know what I mean) but I think it hits harder because of that. I've lost a few people to covid and they were dear to me, to see that same emotion on an illustrated page was deep. Especially because Sonic has always been the cool guy who can make all right in the end, somehow. But here, it kind of felt like there wasn't that possibility for a happy ending, that maybe there isn't real hope on the horizon.
I love how they turned into dark Chao's when they got consumed by the metal virus

Man, this has got to be the most apocalyptic, nightmarish, and cataclysmic plan Eggman has ever made. I mean a Zombot virus that spreads at touch FAST, even Sonic seems to struggle BIG time with this, worse is now Both Charmy, Cheese and Choccola are infected. What could get worse from that? I do so hope that Rouge and Shadow doesn't get hit as well, THEN the problems really begin. Also amazing voice work as well.

Been having Josh really dial in the "villain" factor for Eggman. That combined with his improvement over the years has been the PERFECT buildup for this arc

WHO DID THE MUSIC??? It's so good!! It was the reason I got emotional when Cream was talking to Gemerl about giving the people a chance. The fact that it's from the old Gameboy games gave it such a familiar feel too. Hit my emotional AND my nostalgic bones all at once. And the fact that I was playing through his fight with Sonic made it even better!! Such an amazing choice !

There are too many good things I can say about this dub! Great voice acting! Pacing, tone, all of it was so well done! The sound effects and usage of the backtracks was worked in wonderfully! And I'd just like to congratulate Sarah, Jordan, and Paxton for their great character debutes!
