How To Add Multiple Fade Ins & Outs in Audition Multitrack

This is misleading, these are not cross fades... a cross fade is when you have a two clips of audio that are nudged together or overlapping and you need them to seamlessly transition from one to the other... these are all duck ins and fade outs....
