Trendy NY Cookie Monster Cookies | Levain Style Big Cookies |

These blue cookie monster cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, cookie pieces, and stuffed with Oreo & Chocolate Chip Ahoy Cookies in the centre! They’re fun to make for both adults and kids alike!
_Ingredients_
- 1/2 cup butter (113g)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (54g)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (90g)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour (180g)
- 1/2 cup cake flour (64g)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (10g)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (3g)
- 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder (8g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (200g)
- 6 chocolate chip cookie chunks (68g)
- 6 Oreo chunks (68g)
- cookies and chocolate chips for stuffing and topping
_Glaze_
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
