In addition to the one's you mention, "Moonchild" is an adequate description of Doppio, and "I Talk to the Wind" could describe his "phone" conversations.

King Crimson's Starless is I think a perfect boss theme fitting diavolo really well.
I just noticed that a majority of the stands/characters of part 5 are named after Bands instead of just musical works, in comparison to the other parts where things were mainly named after songs instead of bands

Something that might have been mentioned is the fact that Mista's gun is chambered in .38 Special, which is also the name of a band. It may not be a reference, since that's a very common caliber for revolvers and is basically the default for small revolvers like Mista's, but I'd be very surprised if Araki wasn't aware of the connection.
I'm pretty sure this is just a coincidence and not actually a reference, but among the items Doppio used as "phones" are a cigarette, an ice cream cone, and a doll. This coincides with the line "Cigarettes, ice cream, figurines of the Virgin Mary" from King Crimson's "The Great Deceiver" (the title of which refers to Satan).
