My wife asked me the other day if I was in mourning ,,,,,, I said No, but I am and I'm watching this and the tears are beginning to flow again ..... R.I.P. Jeff and Thank you for your wit, humor and incredible music !!!
Jeff Beck will forever be in our hearts. He will be missed. No matter what age you are his music will never sound “old” He is The Is the Greatest guitarist..
Such a talented and kind man. Will never forget his playing of Nessum Dorma and Luciano Pavarotti singing. He was always happy with his "friend" the guitar. He is missed!!😢😢
His death shakes me to my core. I’m 63 and I’ve known Jeff since I was 15. I always thought he was immortal. His music, his style, his grace and love will live forever.
Nobody has ever played guitar like Jeff Beck. He hits all the right notes all the time. He has notes on his guitar nobody else has! REST IN PEACE, Jeff Beck!
God I have never been so upset by an entertainer passing we all thought that Jeff was immortal like his playing, god I really feel there is a void in my life.
Thanks 4 sharing this. Video with me. This was the best tribute that I ever seen of Johnny best friend. To Johnny , Jeff wife. And all of friends may all of u guys remember u friend forever. I know how much u all will miss him.💜💜💜💜✌️🥰🥰🎸🎸🖤🫶🫶
It was his kindness and humility that stands for me. I saw him perform at a small venue in the North of England and he loaned his drummer to the young support band who were performing that night and they were ecstatic what a nice gesture
Johnny Depp used to quote Marlon Brando, "life is a birdsong", it lasts such a short time. Jeff Beck's life was a truly beautiful birdsong that lasted a lifetime and beyond. ❤️
The world has lost a guitar icon... so sad, I can't believe he's gone. As a deep listener and guitarist for over 40 years, I've always said Jeff is the most expressive player I've ever heard. He really is 'one of one'. He will be missed by many millions of fans and musicians, and his legacy shall shine for many decades. RIP master, and thank you for all the wonderful music.
The 2 Jeff Beck quotes may be hard to see. They are: I like an element of chaos in music. That feeling is the best thing ever, as long as you don't have too much of it. Jeff Beck I play purely from the heart, y'know, and so if it doesn't work the first couple of hours, forget it. Jeff Beck
I'm heart broken ... No words can describe the emotions I'm feeling ... Jeff was a supernatural gift to us mere people ... Such a gifted special soul!!! I can not wrap my head around this tragic loss!!! Why, why, why do we lose those so beloved and unique in their abilities, that bring us joy and peace to this suffering world!!! I love you Mr. Beck!!! Thank you for for sharing your gifted talent with us. You made the world a better place for us!!!!
💙💙💙💙😦😦😦indeed we willen miss jeff very...besides my brother recently died very soon on an heartattack he was also 78 years old....life can be very cruel y.known...r.i.p jeff!
I was lucky enough to see/hear Jeff Beck perform twice. He gave 100% of his gift to his audience, and you could easily tell when you were at a Jeff Beck concert, bcuz you could hear a Pin Drop while he played. He'll be Sorely Missed by Millions - a Musical Genius. R.I.P. Jeff.
Glad you had the opportunity to befriend and work with Jeff. So unique in our guitar world - a "One of One" that just kept getting better. Thanks for so much inspiration and emotion Jeff!
I was absolutely devastated when I heard the sad news... I´m 63 and I bought "Blow By Blow" and "Wired" (which is still my no 1, because of the mixture of that raunchy Funk and - of course - "Good Bye Pork Pie Hat") back in the 70s and still have the records on my shelf and on my turntable. Saw him twice in Berlin and he always kept on amazing me. His ability to switch the sounds to his liking, the use of all that music has to offer and - last but not least - having women in his band, not for shows, but because they add to his music -> Tal!!! was what kept him unique. He was a normal human being and a genius. I miss him! Rest In Peace Jeff, Nessun Dorma 🕯🎸🎶
I've just one word to describe Jeff... WOW! He was the best guitarist I've ever heard. He could really make a guitar SING! RIP, Jeff. You'll be missed by many, including me x
Jeff was one of those exceptionally rare human artists who played with ecstasy. He touched ecstasy through playing music + his amazing blessings, skills & gifts. A beautiful, present, humble dude with enough confidence & gentle ego to do what he did. He was still sounding wonderfully playful, vital, powerful, connected & “channeling the divine” during his last concerts ♥️🎸✨

Jeff made his guitar sing for us all, he was an utter genius, magical, a bright star now shines in heaven. Rip Jeff Beck. Honestly, Thank you for the music, your a legend… a talent, we were fortunate to live through a time of musical transformations , from your very beginnings to the day you left this world to the next you performed miracles, took us in journeys, with exquisite sounds for us.. moving us deeply, you touched our souls, you entertained us over decades..utterly incredible career, working with the Creme de la Creme. The best came together on many stages world wide.. made records tapes and cd’s ans finally digital recordings.. you’ve seen it all.. you’ve done it all.. I know you had more to give .. I’m sorry the light went out… thank you for helping JD through his dark times may it be if comfort to you that JD will look after Sandra who I know will miss you more than words can say.. . As will we. Fly high Jeff, we love u 💜🎸💜
I am still finding it very hard without Jeff Beck music I have followed him from the very beginning and I will miss him so very much you are the greatest I know a lot of people like the song Bolero but there is so much more to him than that song which was great by the way I send my condolences to his family friends wife I don't know if he had children and special condolences to Johnny Depp
I’m utterly heartbroken by the news of Jeff Beck’s passing. The greatest guitarist ever! A good and loyal friend. An unsurpassed genius and artist. There’s a gaping hole left in the world. We will never forget you Jeff and will miss you dearly. Much love to Sandra, Johnny and millions of fans everywhere.
Although I admit I wanted to see JD, Jeff played with ZZ Top here in Austin opening the US tour. Mind=Blown! Jeff Becks music is a spiritual awakening. So glad I got to see one of the most iconic guitar legends play before their passing. Who knew? 💔 Thank you for all your music over the years...I'm old enough to appreciate the journey 🙏
Johnny, thanks for putting this Jeff Beck tribute together, very tastefully executed, too! We are all lucky to have grown up in Jeff’s lifetime and witness his genius! RIP guitar god.❤😂
Such a beautiful tribute to Jeff Beck. Feeling punched in the stomach that he has left us so soon after completing such a well-put-together tour with Johnny Depp. Jeff, you were an inspiration to so many and gave immensely listing pleasure for years that will continue to live on and inspire through recordings and videos. You changed the face of rock and roll and made it grow. You're in our hearts, minds, and ears forever. Never to be forgotten by us who watched and listened and by those you touched personally and loved in everyday life. You are now free and whole again. Soaring over us all and watching from above. RIP from this life and live again abundantly in the next. Peace always!🙏💔🥺😢🌹🕊🦋
Guys, this is a wonderfully done tribute. It is clear that we're all in pain right now. It will take some time to heal, but it will happen eventually. I could say a lot about my history of being one of Jeff's most devoted fans, but this isn't about me. I'm bestowing my humble condolences to Jeff's family and friends, with respect. I love you Jeff .
Jeff was my very favorite guitarist growing up as a teen starting with the Yardbirds. I thought his guitar playing was outstanding. I actually saw him live in person 4 times. I bought a Sears guitar and amplifier because I thought that if I practiced enough I could be as good as Jeff Beck. I used to practice with a group of guys in a building where dances were held with popular bands nearby. It was really fun. Unfortunately life got in the way. I ended up leaving home and going to College. I still listened to Jeff Beck and still do to this day. He will always be my favorite guitarist! I recently had to have a MRI and they asked me what music I wanted to listen to I said Jeff Beck. So while I was getting my MRI I was listening to Beck's Bellero.
Thanks for such a lovely tribute, with rare clips. I've been a fan since 1965 and he just got better & better. Sit back and listen to 'Where Were You' to remember that unique talent.
Was für ein Meister. Vielen Dank Jeff für Deine Musik, HerzlichenDank dass Du Johnny auf die Beine geholfen hast. Ruhe in Frieden und Liebe. Gute Reise
I’ve never sent a message to any famous musician via their website, but I did send one to Jeff Beck after being so moved from listening to his guitar sing…RIP to a real master of the instrument
A good memory of Maestro Jeff Beck....forever the best Nessumdorma I heard from a voice. The voice of the sounds of Jeff Beck. Music is all there is to remember us humans of "our tune"( Johnny Depp expression) and each one of us have our accords. Indeed Jeff Beck is eternal to future generations, by his simplicity, by the sounds he took out from his guitar. Thanks for this video it portraits the sound of Maestro Jeff Beck.
You have made such a beautiful and incredible tribute of a video here for Jeff Beck! JB is one of the greatest guitarists of all time and I'm happy I got my one chance to see him live on the same show with Ann Wilson of Heart and Paul Rodgers of Bad Company July 31 2018 Pine Knob Detroit Michigan USA! A bit in tears hearing of his passing as I'm a musician myself and this hits hard! What incredible Justice you've done making this video.
This is a very beautiful tribute to @JB. 🙏 ✨ 🕊️. " Jeff Beck channeled music from the ethereal, " Jimmy Page. I am sorry for your passing JB. Your legendary guitar playing will live on for all eternity. You are truly a musical magician. Just knowing you exist on the ethereal plane is a true blessing. I know that you will continue to inspire your friends and fellow musicians from afar. You lived a full life and your final cause to your brother and friend, JD, was truly beautiful. You and your wife Sandra are an inspiration to humanity. I'm sending you and #TeamJeffBeck and relatives pure love, pure peace, pure light, and absolute happiness. I am also sending you and yours Divine Medicine with a soul full of pure love. Thank you for sharing your brilliance and music with us all! Words can't describe your amazing musical talent. TR, 🤍💜 ☮️ 👼✨🎸✨☪️👼
Beautiful tribute! Iconic superb inventive fast guitarist! Noticed Jeff Beck in The Yardbirds on tv, when I was 6. Oddly - 1/8/23-dreamed of a Jeff - nice soft spoken, artist, musician, running up/down stairs/outside - as if getting his house in order.
This has been on my mind since we lost Jeff Beck. Just a very few months ago I had this sort of premonition that we would lose him relatively soon. My paternal grandmother had these things happen to her constantly. God Bless you Jeff.
Rest In Peace Jeff (This)! Your artistic abilities on the guitar was more than just "very pretty". It was magical and captivating! You were loved by many and will be sorely missed! Thank you for everything and for being there for Johnny (That)!! What a privilege it was to watch you play at the last two shows of your US tour! You are legendary and the G.O.A.T.! Rock on and keep doing what you love. 💔😭👑🎸🎶🏆🙏
Thank you JD introducing JB to a younger audience. Other than that Jeff has always been bigger and better than any other guitarist in the world. Sucks it took a movie star for most people to realize his enormous musical talent. He has been my favorite guitarist since I was 15, (Even when I was in a band with JD in the 80's) I am 61 now and my respect and love for JBs talent has ever wavered. For me #1 guitarist of all time Jeff Beck, #1 vocalist Paul Rogers, #1 drummer, John Bonham , #1 bass player Geddy Lee. Of course Opinions on this are subjective. RIP JB
As a knowledgeable musician, I must say that Jeff Beck was the best guitar player I have ever heard. He makes the guitar sing with greater dimension to notes than anyone.
Very touching. I cried all the way through. Jimmy Page said Jeff channelled music from the ethereal and that his musical imagination was limitless. He sounds like a divine being from a higher world. Maybe he is. Anyway, it's only a dream that he died. Jeff lives, but now he's with God and is truly limitless.
As a 70 year old man I really don’t listen to much music nowadays. Uninspiring. So out of all my old CD’s that I have, for I know the last 7-8 years I keep one in my Jeep’s radio. I don’t listen to it often but when I want to hear something? Guitar Shop. RIP Jeff. I’ll probably die with that in my player
great tribute to a great guitarist like was jeff beck, rest in peace jeff beck.
Beck was never matched = amazing No one has made it work so well. Thank you ... J. A. B.

I know. I really miss his presence in Johnny's life. I absolutely loved them playing together and laughing together. RIP Sweet Brother. ❤ 🎸🙏🤍💜🕊️
It is the same as being in mourning. Same feeling of loss. 🙏
Jeff should never rest in peace I picture him playing in heaven for our Lord jumping around and jamming on stage!!!
Thank you for sharing this beautiful tribute. I'm 81 and he was a big part of my music life.

It wasn't until I started playing 🎸, I realized that Jeff Beck had vocals - his hands and his strat 🎸 ❗ Nobody else can make a stat sing Jeff Beck ‼️👍
Jeff Beck is not dead, he's just moved on to a bigger, better place. It is getting harder to accept that he's gone.
Alot harder
Our universe is changing. The best are disappearing. God, or Buddha, or any higher being you believe in, bless them.

Yeah, pretty amazing talent. There was never going to be a 'Jeff Beck copycat', however I'm sure he inspired a lot of great artists.

if we humans felt towards each other the way Jeff felt towards his guitar, there would be peace.
He dit it all and conquered every guitar and everyone in that industry.

He did! He made the world a better place: and he wasn't a prick about it. That means so much to me, he was a humble guy, a humble genius.
This legend was only 3 years older than me and he has played the soundtrack to my life.

As a knowledgeable musician, I must say that Jeff Beck was the best guitar player I have ever heard. He makes the guitar sing with greater dimension to notes than anyone.
I have to admit....It brought a tear to my eye!
RIP Jeff Beck, legend.

Rest in Peace - THANK YOU for the MEMORIES your music will live on FOREVER!!
I am very sad.
Thank you for the great tribute , Jeff was a true legend in a universe all his own !
Thank Jeff Beck for wonderful music.
RIP Jeff 🙏 🕊 ❤
