There are many studies now that talk about sleep and weight loss and metabolism. People all over the world are sleep deprived so I'm speaking to me also, do your best to get a little more during these "party" months, and see if it helps you keep the weight off. One more reason sleep helps lose weight... I know for me, if I'm awake, I eat!!!😏 Enough said, off to get my 10 minutes of excercise in. Got to jump start the metabolism. We can do this ladies and gentlemen!!👊
