    Yesssss , love these stretches. It helped me alot. Not advice but making my way to it. How long did it take you ? Your like Acute level I'm midway pass a right angle close to Acute lol

    It's kinda a nice and alive to see someone young, flexible, and beautiful. Just turned 51 yo, other videos are too easy or too hard. This is just right for me. It feels like how I was warmed up before my 4 years of high school dance classes. Thank you.

    Thank you for another awesome stretching video, I will definitely try it tomorrow morning! but I was wondering if I need to do some sort of warm up before those stretches like jumping jacks or something? o;

      You definitely can do a warm up before, but it's also fine if you don't for these stretches.

    Loved it! Look forward to doing more of these now. I am not flexible at at.. like at all!do you have any videos specifically for people that are not flexible and are for beginners? I am not a fan of Hatha yoga because my body responds best with vinyasa.. any suggestions ?

      Try to really warm up before you stretch or even having a hot shower/bath before you stretch is super helpful. I will definitely make some stretching videos for beginners! ❤️

    I loved this. Got me ready for my morning workout. I draw so much inspiration from your healthy lifestyle! It would be a cool if you do another workout for figure skaters that does target the muscles you use when skating.
