how to culture flour beetles update

- here i show my flour beetle culture that i got from www.hydraforum.com and upgrading them to a bigger container....use a cup of 100% organic flax seeds mixed with 2 cups of 100%whole wheat flour...going to see how they do on this mix compare to just to flour

Do you feed these to your cichlids?
Dendrochirus zebra yeaaa i tried to on several occasions...some will take it but others wont...idk if they are not use to food floating on top the water as oppose to having it fall to the bottom of the tank
does instinct mashed potatoes work too ?

Optimua Prima i had my culture crash,,,the media i used became compacted over a couple weeks i forgot to stir it up and killed off alot of them but im trying to build up a new colony
Wow, its hard to rise small creatures like that
Optimua Prima not really its super easy if you can stay on top of keeping the substrate from compacting and change it every 3months
