If I did the calculations right:
- 5 eggs separated
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup sifted cake flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- additional 1/3 cup sugar for egg whites

SHAHID LATIF Cake flour is a soft wheat made for a tender crumb. It’s sold in the baking section in the grocery store in a box and is clearly labeled “cake flour”. If you are not in America you might have a harder time finding this specific product. You can Google ‘cake flour replacement’ if it’s not available to you.

Now i made the cake it was so soft and almost like a pillow it came out perfwct i used soyabean oil and i added vanilla extract with cinnamon and thank you my family loved it a lot and i felt to make them happy bcz i suffer from severe depression and they never saw me happy but today i made this then and covered it with chocolate ganache . I have made this recipe over 15 times and there are never cracks! This is my favorite Swiss roll recipe an I will continue tu use it!

I can confirm this makes a deliciously soft and airy roll! I made 2 yesterday but i was so lazy to roll it up i let it cool flat. I cut the cakes in half and put cream on it and stacked it up to make a 4 layer cake! Was so delicious! If you want a pure white cake then you can easily peel off the brown layer!

@@zonairar Just add some bicarbonate soda (baking soda) to the flour. If you search "how to make cake flour" you can find the exact recipe.
@@zonairar cake flour is finer, lighter and softer so you'll get the best results. You can convert all purpose flour to cake flour by simply adding cornflour/cornstarch. Google to find out how.
Love, how he does it and everything really turns out so perfect. I'm just struggling to get that amount with just 5 eggs. The eggs I use are free range and I make sure they're in room temp.,before baking, but I didn't get that result. Still love the video though:)

@@awaniamartha1274 Not that I know of, sure it smells like raw dough in the beginning, like it should be, but after it's baked, it smells deliciously sweet :)

It's so amazing to see how you roll the cake and the skin not stick on the paper... I made roll cake many times practice and keep practicing but always stuck to the paper and never get clean and amazing roll like yours 😥😢.
