I feel your struggle with the constipation and bloating. I have IBS and pelvic floor dysentery so I’m always bloated and “full” (sorry). Thank you for sharing! Usually this bloating and pain is unmotivating (if that’s even a word haha) because it seems like whatever I do, nothing works but seeing this video gives me hope and has changed my mindset. Thank you for your inspiration! Just following your tips from other videos about drinking more water etc. has already helped a lot. I work 12 hot shifts at the hospital so it’s a little hard to eat set meals (have any tips? We only have a microwave, that no joke takes 4 minutes to heat up anything to lukewarm)

I am on a “diet break” right now in order to reset my metabolism and hormones. (I wasn’t on a special diet , but I was on a deficit for 6 months) My 3rd week just ended, and I lost 3 lbs this week. I wasn’t even tracking. I was super shocked!

I did chia seed pudding before. That's probably where half of your weight loss came from. It made me sooooo constipated, but TOTALLY cleared me out when it finally passed!

So- I have to ask: did you feel like you gained the weight back after? It seems like daily calories were reduced. Hashi runs in my family and I am finally feeling the effects at 35 (slowed metabolism -more than usual, weight gain and difficulty losing, reduced energy) curious if something like this could help me but I am wondering if I will just gain it all back. I have removed gluten bc it tends to be triggering for thyroid issues.

I've been reading about nutritional foods to eat and avoid, and I read that ceuciferious veggies such as Brussels sprouts, broccoli, kale etc are not good for the thyroid. They are goitrogenic, meaning they make it hard to absorb iodine. I'd love to know your feedback about greens concerning t

On the other days that you didn't workout early in the morning, did you IF? Meaning did you continue to IF even this week while doing this? If so how many hours do you normally fast for? 1.) I would love to see a "What I Eat In a Day" video from one of your normal weeks!; 2.) Would you do a video explaining how to cut/prepare/cook artichokes. They're intimidating to me, so I never buy them, or eat them. I don't even know what they taste like! 3.) Are you experiencing a lot of food shortages in your area? I'm in Texas, and the frozen vegetables are NEVER in stock! I can usually buy fresh, but even that can be hit or miss.
Normal week What I Eat is coming for sure! I'm not sure I could do a whole vid on artichokes, but it could show up in one. Haven't experienced any food shortages in our area of SoCal. Stay safe!
I love and admire everything about you! I know that you know your body and you know what you're doing, but I noticed in a few videos now that your lips are super dry, are you getting enough water? I know that when I wasn't, that was one of my tell tale signs. I started drinking a bit above the recommended amount for the last 4 months or so and my lips haven't been dry once. Just a concerned virtual "friend" making sure that you're doing well. Keep being your beautiful uplifting self

add fresh lemon juice to the apple cider vinegar it helps alot!
When I saw you pour the apple cider vinegar I out loud said "oh sh*t" lol I've been doing at most two tablespoons in water and it's a rough ride. You're hard core!!

Hey, I was just wondering if with hypo you also suffered/ suffer from iron deficiency or gastrointestinal/ gut issues? I'd love to know if there's anything you cut out or added to your diet to help with these symptoms! If anyone has any suggestions or would like to share their experience with hypo I'd love to hear your tips and tricks on dealing with symptoms! 💜

In other videos you said that a pound is a pound, and that muscle doesn’t weigh more than fat... but here you say that you might go up in weight when you do more weight training initially? Can you please explain this part?
