    I love your channel I've managed to finally start working out 3 days a week to start. Drinking more water and cutting down on caffeine. Food wise cutting refined carbs out and using complex carbs. Working on my sleep habits.❤

    I found your channel a couple weeks ago. As of Saturday this week I have completed my healthy grocery hall by using your list. I meal prepped my breakfast and lunch for the entire week and I have been walking daily for 4 days now for 25 mins. I just ordered your protein powder for my smoothies and I can't wait to try it!!!! I'm already down 3lbs. You are an amazing inspiration. Keep the videos coming.

    I needed this video! I've been following you for a few years, and I've been trying to quit alcohol for a few years and still failing but working on it! My cortisol levels are up and after watching your video, I whipped up an oat milk and Miss Congeniality smoothie.     This is perfect!! I was just working on meal planning for the week but had no ideas because I just keep eating the same things over and over. Thank you so much!! Love your videos! Also, I noticed in the past few months my energy levels were lower, and my skin was always breaking out, and I would work out but have no results. I have been following your advice on “balance” and that has helped a lot I can work out without pushing my body too excessively, and I have been eating a lot more protein. I definitely did not ever eat enough protein before because once I started doing that my skin cleared up instantly, I was getting results, and all the sudden I found balance!!! Thank you so so much!! 😃

    The thing about your videos is they are realistic. And you don’t focus on exercise. Yes that’s a part of it but the main part is nutrition and not starving yourself but actually good wholesome nutrition. You eat more than just a chicken and brococli and that speaks volume for women especially who are conditioned to the “eat nothing to be skinny” mentality. I absolutely used to be like that and over time I’ve learned you actually need to eat to have fuel and your videos are proof of that. Keep being awesome ❤

      Nutrition is SO key and you're right, we are always told to just eat less, but the opposite is true. Finding the right balance of food to exercise to reach your goals and actually eating delicious foods that nourish our body is how we get fit and healthy.

    Thank you for your inspirational videos weekly. I really like using Miss Congeniality I have it in my coffee ☕️ I only have one cup of coffee in the morning. Since I got into my forties I had to cut back on caffeine.     I’ve been off coffee for years now and feel better. I usually have matcha, but also try different coffee alternatives like Rasa. They have great blends that offer so many benefits.     Just went to check out your Miss Congeniality and was going to get some protein powder too (loved that it's vegan), fabulous 35% off first subscription. But then a £44 delivery charge as I'm in the UK. Sad, as that knocks it way out of my budget.

    Leaving a comment because I always forget to. Eating by 8will be a challenge as it is the time I get my workout in during the week. Get out of work at 6 and just need to decompress at home for a while before locking in some me time. Sometimes that is a nap and I end of over napping and wake up late but make it a point to show up at the gym no matter what time and sometimes that time is midnight. How do I fight this battle without sacricing my sleep? I'm not a morning personal and cannot for the life of me get my workouts in the morning. I don't like to be rushed and I'd feel like I'd be rushing to finish in time to get to work if I do it in the morning. After work then I don't have to rush or have a time limit but guess I need to incorporate a time limit

    Do you have an amount of carbs that you try to limit to? I heard that you try to get around 130 g of protein in which I know will likely naturally decrease the carbs. Just wondering if you have a goal that you watch to not exceed?

      Thanks for checking in! Luckily we are about an hour south of LA, but my heart has been broken by what is happening to our neighbors and friends. The ash falls on the ground even down by us and it's a constant reminder of how lucky we are + how devastating it is right now.

    I’m trying to focus on my protein. I have been eating an egg and cheese wrap for breakfast and that keeps me full longer and I notice a huge difference when I don’t eat it.
