This is perfect!! I was just working on meal planning for the week but had no ideas because I just keep eating the same things over and over. Thank you so much!! Love your videos! Also, I noticed in the past few months my energy levels were lower, and my skin was always breaking out, and I would work out but have no results. I have been following your advice on “balance” and that has helped a lot I can work out without pushing my body too excessively, and I have been eating a lot more protein. I definitely did not ever eat enough protein before because once I started doing that my skin cleared up instantly, I was getting results, and all the sudden I found balance!!! Goal is watch my “intuitive eating” on the weekend!!! lol I’m good during the week but the struggle on weekends with exhaustion from a busy stressful week has been a bit challenging!!
The thing about your videos is they are realistic. And you don’t focus on exercise. Yes that’s a part of it but the main part is nutrition and not starving yourself but actually good wholesome nutrition. You eat more than just a chicken and brococli and that speaks volume for women especially who are conditioned to the “eat nothing to be skinny” mentality. I absolutely used to be like that and over time I’ve learned you actually need to eat to have fuel and your videos are proof of that. Keep being awesome ❤
Nutrition is SO key and you're right, we are always told to just eat less, but the opposite is true. Finding the right balance of food to exercise to reach your goals and actually eating delicious foods that nourish our body is how we get fit and healthy.

Leaving a comment because I always forget to. Eating by 8will be a challenge as it is the time I get my workout in during the week. Get out of work at 6 and just need to decompress at home for a while before locking in some me time. Sometimes that is a nap and I end of over napping and wake up late but make it a point to show up at the gym no matter what time and sometimes that time is midnight. How do I fight this battle without sacricing my sleep? I'm not a morning personal and cannot for the life of me get my workouts in the morning. I don't like to be rushed and I'd feel like I'd be rushing to finish in time to get to work if I do it in the morning. After work then I don't have to rush or have a time limit but guess I need to incorporate a time limit
Do you have an amount of carbs that you try to limit to? I heard that you try to get around 130 g of protein in which I know will likely naturally decrease the carbs. Just wondering if you have a goal that you watch to not exceed?
