What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver?
Please be sure your phone is not connected to another device such as a head set or portable speaker. This can block the in-dash receiver from connecting.
Please be sure the receiver's Visibility is set to on. And if available the Auto Connect is set to on.

Mine says Pairing Unsuccesful, is an AVH-G225BT. Im trying to connect with an iPhone 12. Everything is on but it doesn’t pair, if you could help me, thanks!

Please be sure your phone is not connected to any other devices like a headset or portable speaker. This can block the in-dash receiver from pairing.
Please be sure the in-dash receiver is not actively connected to another phone when you are trying to pair a new phone to the receiver.

Please be more specific with your question. What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver? What do you mean "it still won't let me use the stereo"?
You’ll need to engage the vehicle’s Parking Brake in an ON-OFF-ON operation in order to access the Bluetooth setup menu. This might also be known as the Hand Brake or the Emergency Brake. If you engage the vehicle’s Parking Brake and still can’t access the Bluetooth menu, the in-dash receiver’s Green Parking Brake Wire may have an incorrect connection to vehicle. I am having a problem when I receive or make phone calls I can’t hear them or they can’t hear me anyone that could help me
Make sure your phone is connected to in the dash receiver. Make sure your phone is not connected to any other devices. The other devices could be blocking communication to the in dash receiver. Check out this video for more information: ua-cam.com/video/dhWUPsmlUZs/v-deo.html

The Parking Brake needs to go ON-OFF-ON. If you engage the Parking Brake and still cannot access the Bluetooth Controls you're vehicle may have an incorrect connection to the Green Parking Brake Wire on the in-dash receiver.
