I've lost 3 lbs in the last week....
I start this mediation for a month because i didn’t sleep good after my ex and i broke up. Also i stopped smoking and am really nervous sometimes. Since almost 4 weeks I eat healthier, visit the gym regularly and lost 7 kilos 😍 i don’t know if this is this meditation or just my wish for a change but it’s awesome and I will listen to it every night till I have my dreamweight

it works. down a dress size. If I'm thinking about junk food my very next thought is that a skinny person is skinny because they don't eat this and then I don't want it at all and I feel great for not eating bad foods. I feel a lot healthier. I used to eat junk eveey day.

Life like Yours i agree, this does work. i notice i’ve started to take the breaths before eating, having a large glass of water with my meal, not snacking etc. i LOVE the voice, too.

Ive been listening to this and some other ones as well for a couple of weeks now. My eating habits has gotten better. Ive dropped 5lbs. I exercise 4-5 time a week. Ive noticed a difference in my body. Im hoping to be down 30lbs by next year.

It’s all the metabolism. To reset it you have to start fasting...2-3 days out the week and u will see you will start losing at a fast rate IF you have a lot of fat to lose

Oh no I don't think this hypnosis is for me I tried the other sleep weight loss hypnosis' and they both did wonders then tried this one and started indulging again maube subconsciously I think that's what skinny people do lol I think I'll go back to the other ones lol

@@glennc.1210 I think the 15 days success challenge worked best for me but I guess that's because it's the only one I stuck with lol I really want the hypnotic gastro band hypnosis to work but it's not working fast enough in my old habits are creeping back in lol

Progressive Hypnosis is the way to go. So far after just 3 days I seem to have a less of an urge for, (X-tra ), junk food eating. This might just be the diet I am looking for. 15 days, (or more), here I come.
I can't lissend to this when I sleep att Night because I has a Hard Times to Keep me awake at Day. IF I sitt down it taket me a few seconds for me to fall a sleep. I'm dedly tired all Day. 😴😴☹️☹️

I want to lose weight. I want to be healthy, but do not want to be skinny. Skinny can easily look as much like a weight problem being overweight. Neither looks healthy.
Just focus on being healthy when you listen. Your mind will only do the things that you want it too and for you being healthy is most important.
