    Even after 26 years of training, I always find myself brining back classic supersets like this to my training.
    It’s supersets like these that help you push the limits of your training because they require strength AND muscle endurance. So if by the end of set 4 your arms don’t feel like they are about to explode… you are doing it wrong!
    PUSH YOUR LIMITS guys and there’s nothing wrong with a little bit of BSN N.O.Xplode VASO pre-workout to help give you the energy you need to take your training to the next level! #BSN #SPONSORED

      Hi Scott, new sub and so found you through a circuitous path from athlean to gregg to dr. mike..... I think I'm in a largely dismissed group of people either getting back into working out after decades off, or simply new people. Problem is, some of us really only have or can afford a gym like Planet Fitness.
      A lot of understand they simply don't have a lot of equipment that is required for serious lifting, however its what we have available.
      Aside from the snobbish derision it gets, I really think a lot of commoners would appreciate a vid/series on how us newbies could utilize what PF does have available to get us started such a time as we can find or justify a better gym.
      I think you're spot on for this, because unlike most of YT you still seem to be approachable without either fakery, drama, or trying to sell me something.
      Heck, to be honest, I'd be willing to buy a program from you if it could help me use an admittedly limited 'gym' to its fullest.

  • @shanehardin5589
    @shanehardin5589 Рік тому +1

    Here’s the problem with these compound movements. The weight I would use for skull crushers is far too light than what I would do for close grip presses. So are you really maximizing your potential to get bigger, thicker triceps?
    Or after skull crushers just get up and move to the bench press where you can really load up for those triceps!

    I tilt my arms back and let the bar set behind my head so they are incline and smash it

  • @lakzefar449
    @lakzefar449 Рік тому

    You actually want to bring the bar behind your head and down to extent the range of motion and hit a greater part of the long head of the tricep. Hence the name skull crusher, because you actually dont want to crush your skull when you do this.
