@@nickbertoz hi , I'm really interested in this mod , iv done the O2 sensor delete and it made a huge difference to the lean condition between tick over and 3000 rpm,, will the evaporation system delete help the on/off throttle sensation above 3000 rpm , getting back on the power mid corner in 3rd gear feels too snappy , will it cure this ?
I removed the evaporation charcoal canister and and plugged in the Smartmoto resistor , it has transformed the throttle sensitivity on the bike ,, no more "on off " jerky throttle,i also removed the 0² sensors and used the Smartmoto O2 delete kit ,, now the bike is smoooooooth as butter. Highly recommend these 2 mod's.
@grayf3861 I'd imagine it should,, I can't do the link thing,, but if u Google SmartMoto Electronics you should find your bike model there on their website.
I had bought a CFMoto 450MT and sold it before hitting 1000 km. The throttle was so darn twitchy! Watching with a ton of interest. I know when I made my suspension softer it made it better. bcs every crack I rode over reverberated to hand on throttle and would jerk me around a bit! Glad it worked!!! Maybe I should have waited!
I did the evap delete and O2 sensor delete today. The evap delete didn't seem to help much at all, but I did notice an improvement with the O2 delete. Nothing spectacular, but any improvement on this bike is worth the effort.

Great stuff & cheap fix. Why was the radiator hose leaking? Is the hose a tad short & just going over the tube bulge? Was this happening because of slow dirt runs & the fan continuously running on & off in high temps? Will you be keeping an eye out on it when summer eventually gets here?

Someone commented that it was compatible with the 2023 800nk but I suspect the O2 is different, (single cylinder vs twin) but I would also venture a bet that someone on the KTM 790 side has that solved also.

I’ve got a local guy with a dyno who is a KTM specialist band he wants t re mapping my ecu But if what you did works I will try that. The O2 delete kit hasn’t arrived yet.
