We want to thank you a million times. You saved us hundreds of dollars and agony. We live in a small city in northern Canada and there are literally 3 appliance repair shops and they are fully booked for weeks and charge an arm and a leg. We followed your video and instructions and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!
Solved my problem. I had a dime stuck behind the screen keeping my washer from draining. Thanks to your video it was a quick fix and I’m 10 cents richer. 😂😂
I just wanted to say thank you, your video literally help me get the job done. I had no idea about the hose on the bottom, I always just drain out the filter. Could have used a little bit more light at the beginning of the video, but it was enough information for me to get the job done. Big O $0.50 piece was blocking mine.
Thank you a lot for your video, it helped me figure out a way to fix my problem and extract a big coin from the system without taking apart the machine, you saved me such a huge headache and maybe service costs.
Hey Matt guess what happened not long after I watched your Samsung washer vid. Exactly same problem as you had except it was a 1 dollar coin not a poker chip and sock that plugged the filter line. Cheers good vid.
I could not take off that screw they placed it at an angle where I really couldn't fit anything and even when I did I wasn't sure if I was turning it the right way. What I did was just take off the two clamps pull the tubing off, and right away I could see the clogged &unclog it. Since it's a rubber hose I smashed it down feeling if there was anything else obstructing the hose and no there wasn't. If there's like a big sock just get a wire clothes hanger and pull it out
Drain it. There's a small hose next to the filter in the front of the washer you can drain the machine with it takes forever though and you'll need more than 1 bucket of your machine is sitting on the floor
Great info ... I find Samsung have great products its us dumb ass humans. Dishwasher same thing they are too advanced for dumb humans. Moisture sensor in dishwashing read flood and coded shutdown. All because closing door shut when cycle done leaves steam inside and sensor reads flood.(too lazy to empty at the moment whatever) LoL guys online tearing them apart etc. I've never had prob since letting steam out and not closing door sorry guys me too we just love ripping stuff apart right ?

This solved my problem real quick. Thanks for the video.
Kind of emblematic for the times, it was a mask jammed in my machine.

Thank you !!
Thank you 😊
My cap is stuck and keeps twisting. Any ideas?
Mine has a child safely lock. You have to push real hard and then release ….. if you’re talking about the screen trap thing…
Can't see!
