Samsung Washer AC6 Error Code Possible Causes

Switch to LG SIGNATURE. I bought the Samsung Flex Duo $4999.00 at Lowe’s 5 year warranty on both washer & dryer. Had problems first year. New dryer 3 times. Then a few days after warranty was up on washer it crashed with this code. Tech from AHW said don’t buy anything from samsung. He said get the LG Signature. No service calls on LG signature so I took his advice. It was nice of him to tell me that. I didn’t know which to buy. I like the best of everything. But samsung lost me as a customer. LG won me over. The techs know their stuff I was so glad this guy spent 15 mins on the phone with me. They sent me a check to get a new one. He said switch to Lg.

First put the Model of the washer in Sears parts, look in the diagram for the part that you need, and then get the part number and look first in internet for a cheap price.

It’s a communication error from the two boards. Inverter or control board have a loose wire or are bad.
