Dont know about abundance of firewood, but what I do know is you have an abundance of fire fuel, if you ignore that you are putting your whole family in danger of being burnt alive, you need to make plans for a emergency escape route.
My wife and myself moved to western Montana in 1989 and spent over 20 years there. Enjoying all the mountains have to offer. Loved every minute. My wife passed in 2012 from cancer. I left in 2016. I miss the mountains every day. Enjoy every minute you spend there.
This may sound hokey… Writing about your time and memories there with your wife might be a way to help you feel reconnected. After my mother died of cancer my whole life turned upside down. When I did get to writing about my loss of her and my home it’s hard to explain, but I felt more settled, more still inside. Well even that doesn’t explain it well. Take that for what you will. I’m sorry for your losses.
Take your time. Each minute you study, plan, learn water and storm patterns, the better (less work, more money saved). Think about forest fires- multiple exits. One hurricane of water, wind, y’all are stuck. Consider talking with old timers around your area. And the costs of a mulched/bulldozer will pay for themselves. Good luck. @@squathi I totally agree. I have a friend who use to go on bear hunts and hes seen a grown man run down a hill screaming for his life and he kept his cool and shot the bear and kept it from killing him. Where I live now all I have is Bob cats, coyotes and snakes nothing to dangerous. That is some beautiful country though but chunked full of wild animals that would make me so paranoid that I couldn't enjoy the view for fear something was going to wonder up on me. Even where I live now I pack a gun on me all the time.
I highly suggest that you cook outside so that the trailer doesn't smell like food and the wildlife won't be as tempted to break in looking for food. Once you get the cabin up there it wouldn't hurt to build a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, countertops and a camp stI've and possibility a sink setup. You can use one of those solar charges battery for anything that needs electricity.
Bear spray on you both at all times AND seriously, fire arm protection because bear spray and noise do not always work! Just saying. And hopefully there is limited fire rush where you purchased! Lovely land to look at for sure. Good luck & Congrats.
❤ Okay, ... forgive me if I sound like a nervous, scared old grandma (I'm 71 yrs old)... but I've been watching you guys for years and have seen every video at least twice. I really really care about your family. I was so excited for your new adventure! BUT BEARS!?!!? ..WTF... WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR STAYING SAFE? I'm now scared for your beautiful family. Please please stay safe. I love you guys so much. I don't want anything bad to happen to you. Again, apologies for being a nervous grandma ❤
Wild animals have become so used to people that it really is something to be concerned about. They should both carry the proper firearms and know how to use them. An electric fence around the camper would be a good idea.
Just in case it hasn't already crossed your minds - Like @jimburns says, if you leave the camper there with anything inside that attracts bears, expect to return later to a ravaged, most likely ruined trailer. They can open one up as easy as you or I open a box of cereal and then destroy anything between them and whatever drew them in.
Wild animals love campers. Gets them out of the sweather and provide "stuff" to chew. Been there. Takes screens off. Make doors bear-proof. And mouse-proof the bottom. There are products which repel mice from the underside. And have a case of wasp spray at your disposal. If possible, a solar powered livestock fence around the camper might help. Have fun! 👍👍👍
You're adventurous when it comes to the large wilderness animals.. how much of their land will be affected by the new build? How do you plan keeping them away from the area you'll be living in?
❤ Don't forget guys that in the winter. You are going to need Chains on that tractor to be able to move it and go down on those inclines nd also, on the caravan if you're going to drive them anywhere. Plus guns for the bears plus training
Keep in mind that money spent on planning and design before you turn the first shovel of dirt will save you a fortune if you have to do things after the fact.
The first thing you need to do on tree filled land is to work out the point of entry and the point of emergency escape, living in the Australian hills district with wild bush fires, seen to many houses and lives lost to poor planning, its all so great to think you can live amongst the trees and be safe, if you think that way you are living in fairy land.
Definitely some creepy woods at night. A suggestion: map, name and color-code mark your trails. When the kids disappear on an adventure, it will be burned in their memories and they'll be less likely to get "misplaced".
Looks like a great adventure! I suggest adding the removed metal from the container as metal shutters that can be swung or refitted over the doors and windows. Bears will rip out doors and windows if you leave it alone out there for a few months. By using the metal to go over all the glass you will protect your home
I agree absolutely. There is quiet a bit of predatory wild life. A strong food storage locker away from your living quarters is probably a must. And a side arm, bear spray, loud horn to scare away animals to protect you and your family
This is just a suggestion, I would find out if there is a company that has the mulcher machine and hire them. They will mulch you a road in a quarter of the time it would take you to do it with your electric chain saw. It is so worth doing and then you can maintain it after and trim up side branches that are in the path above with pole saw cutter. I do have to say your new property is absolutely gorgeous! Look forward to your cabin being brought up, water and solar ( I do know you want solar) is taken care of. Much peace and Happy Early 4th of July to you both and your children. ~peace
I missed the part of what the purpose is. Is it for a camp spot or a new home and they are moving from the current homestead theyve built? I dont know how I missed it lol
Spencer for the camper in the woods you might want to build a lean-to over the top of the camper to prevent any damage to the top of the camper due to the summertime heat and rain, fallen branches, wintertime weather ice and extreme winter winds.
@@d.martinez-rodriguez333 Use bear deterrents like air horns this will help for a short time, skunk piss will push a bear away till it rains, and last an electrified fence high voltage so when the bear touches it the bear will leave last choice is a gun or a barrow to trap the bear and move it to a different location away from the area'
@@SagebrushRambles The tarp will only help if there is no wind and only when they are not using the camper a lean-to this will serve year-round protection from anything falling on top of the camper and they can build walls to protect the camper during winter months. These walls can be removed when they are staying in the camper.
Great suggestion, anything to “minimize” : mold, rust, sap(!) Is amazing how much “intentional protection” , EXTENDS THE LIFE& VALUE of any type of RV, camper, “shipping containers”, - essentially all vehicles&outdoor living “abodes”. Thanks for your comment/ suggestion.
Coyotes and a bobcat, better keep the kids close. Probably bears and other predators too. They look for opportunity, just being 20 feet, sometimes less and they may go for small kids. Please be safe. I will tell you, you will spend massive amounts of tme in up keep, with constantly clearing your paths and property. Growth is very fast and needs cleared often. Good luck.
Fantastic area and fantastic beautiful isolation. Actually you were just as overwhelmed when you began your life uncontaminated adventure in Texas. You have more experience now then that time, and we have enjoyed your adventure since the first video. Plus now you have a camper instead of a cargo trailer to call home while preparing. I'm guessing southern Appalachian mountains is your adventure. Best of luck and we look forward to upcoming videos. Oh and maybe an oxygen tank!😅
So much RESPECT for you guys! Having roughed it out over the years while building the container home, completing the project & now living in complete comfort...to now do it all over again?! You've got some SERIOUS DRIVE & TENACITY! Can't wait to hear what you have planned for building a new home there. Wish you the best of luck in this new adventure 😊
Patience.. I'm sure in time they'll leak some of that info. I am curious how much land they've purchased.. Oh well.. I fly a drone as well.. and aerial shots are awesome.. but the shots they did snap don't reveal anything and that's also done on purpose...
Privacy? I wouldn't think mentioning a state would be an invasion of privacy. I could see not mentioning a town it's near. And they could easily be vague on the acreage and just give a ballpark idea. I love watching these guys and have followed them from the beginning.
Just a suggestion, and maybe you've already thought of this, but you might want to contact the trucking company that will move your container/cabin onto the property and see what they need as minimums for the road into the property. How steep can the road be? How big a radius in the turns the truck/trail combination need to maneuver up the road? How wide the road needs to be? Stuff like that. It would be disappointing to get the container/cabin there and then find out you can't get it up to the desired build site.
Congrats on your new property! I have been watching you guys for a long time. From someone that has been living in the Rockies at 8,700' elevation for about seven years...I can easily imagine some of the things you guys would have to do. They were going to charge us at least $250,000 to cut a road on our property, and we said "Heck no!" and purchased a used excavator ourselves. I have now made about three miles of road on our property. I had never used an excavator before I started... The bears should stay away more when you guys have your dogs barking on your property. And....while you are gone from your trailer...please never leave food in the trailer that the bears can pick up the smell from... We had a bear trying to "rip" itself into one of the corners of our trailer years ago. Now, we never see bears close by with dogs barking at everything. Good luck! Envy you guys having this beautiful property and being so young. A LOT of beautiful nature adventures lies ahead! And...like me...you would love the intense sound of...nothing...just birds and the wind cruising through the tree leaves.
Coyotes and Bobcats are dangerous around children, they sneak up and grab (suddenly) keep them in front of you (or beside, never behind). We have them up here and they stock us (from behind) when were out in the mountains, the bears seem to mind their business up here Black/Grizzly but were "always" prepared. :)
Happy for you guys. Spencer stay alert on them bears. Put those hunter cameras around your camp. We don't want nothing to happen to you guys. Hope trailer is OK when u go back. But definitely, I'd feel much better with my life contained in the container, as long as windows have closable shudders. Best of luck you guys are awesome.
Black bears can be a problem but, in my personal experience they can be as afraid of us as we are of them. In Yosemite I had just changed into my shorts when a black bear stuck his head into our tent and grabbed my pants. Without thinking I grabbed a broom and ran after the bear yelling for him to drop my pants. I caught up to him and swatted him with my broom while screaming at him. He dropped my pants and ran off. … I might have been just lucky, but that’s my experience with black bears (he might have been a brown bear, it was 50 plus years ago).
This mountain retreat will be a blessing to your family. A place of peace, energy restoration, and of course pleasure. Your babies are so beautiful. That boy is going to be a heartbreaker when he grows up, and that girl is so precious out there helping her Dad build stuff at your main property. TY for sharing. It brings me joy to watch. Hugs from a Grandma in San Antonio, TX.
@@SagebrushRambles When you are part of a loving family who shares space with you it is not "just a plot of land" even when part of a larger ranch. The space you build and improve on becomes your home even if you do not own it. Spencer and his family including his grandfather are blessed in each other. TY for bringing to light the trust Spencer's grandfather has in him to bring the land he has allowed Spencer to inhabit to a healthy home environment. In Texas many fathers and grandfathers have shared their ranches with their sons and grandsons( or daughters and granddaughters) hoping for happiness and joy in their families. Thus it has been even before Texas was first a nation then a state. Many cultures do this for example the Quakers and the Amish. God bless and keep you. May He bring you joy into your life.
❤-you’re right and this is how generation after generation not only survive, but thrive!!!! Land sustains generations!! Just like this property that these two have purchased will now benefit their children and their children’s children.
I was nearly going to say "you guys are lucky" but while there is an element of luck I also think there is a large slice of hard work, thoughtfulness and striving to a goal. You deserve the rewards.
@repentandbelieveinJesusChrist9 this inheritance is in the heavenly places after death. It has nothing to do with earthly prosperity. Run from those who proclaim that "godliness is gain."
So exiting! I can't wait to see what you do here - I am a little worried for you. You need to carry a sidearm if you aren't already. Bear spray isn't going to protect 4 people. I'd also suggest 100 sq feet of solar powered electric fence that you can put around the camper and turn on while you're in there. Won't stop a bear, but it will discourage it.
I hope the camper survives the bears. I'm not a PETA person or tree hugger but I have mixed feelings about humans encroaching onto animals natural habitats for no other reason than because they can. Hope y'all stay safe, be smart and thoughtful in the process.
Been doing it since beginning of time, how do you think towns and big cities got started? Its nothing new and wildlife can remain happy if people would just live simply among them instead of buy 100acres and strip the trees off it to use 1 acre for a living spot ruining the wildlife’s habitat
I know you said something about getting dozer work done. I suggest doing that first. It will save you so much work. You will go in and do some clearing by hand and when the dozer arrives you will be able to do more with a dozer in 5 mins that will take you 40 hours to do by hand. I know you want content and enjoy looking at a finished project. But I can promise you from experience mountain property work is never finished!!! Happy for you guys
Did I miss the comments about who’s caring for the dogs? I know I wasn’t the only one who asked before. Exciting new journey! Congratulations on achieving this level of financial success!
Have been watching you since you started! My gosh, never expected you would be doing this! So much work to be done! I know that Spencer has the ambition and will do attitude, but , man! Watching Beau and Cam will be a full time job by itself with all the wildlife around there! Wishing you all the best of success in this journey that you are undertaking! Winters in Colorado are no joke. Hope you guys are ready for that. You have never been in a area that gets as much snow and wildlife that you are about to experience up on that mountain. Wish you the best of luck.
Doubt very much if thats Colorado, more like the Ozark views. Don't appear to be the Rocky Mountain chain. No peaks show any sign of a timber line, trees don't match up also.I would guess the elevation at no more than 3000 feet.
@@ExpectGreatThings7 they don’t post currently and there has been cold spells as the fronts move through. I’ll guarantee you that is not Colorado landscape and the altitude there that they purchased their land is not over 3000 feet. No timberline shown in the photos I don’t know why it’s a big secret where everything going is a big area
That's another thing I would be thinking about while clearing land out there is how to clear the land in a way that's going to help you escape and protect whatever parts of it from WILDFIRES spreading to it. They aren't any joke. So just keep that in mind and try to clear to help against those as well.
Yes very true.. make at least two exits. You might also want to purchase a helicopter 😉 or have one on speed dial in case of emergency you can be airlifted out. Also invest in a satellite phone, a wind up radio and other things in case power goes out. Things you can travel with while escaping if need be.
A big thing you will have to take into account is , the weather . When it rains or snows ( not sure if you're in a area where it snows ) how much is it going to effect your driveway . A driveway with a hill will make it really hard to travel up in bad weather . Good luck .
Forestry management: thinning out all the useless stuff will take years. I imagine ticks are a serious issue in summer. So excited for y'all. How many acres is the place?
My mind is racing with questions. After all these years of watching you, I know you will make this work!!! Many prayers 🙏💞🙏💞. Just got home from visiting family and we stayed in an AirB&B. It was quite beautiful but quite pricey 😳
So happy for you guys. Have watched you from the beginning. Supposing that you'll eventually sell your current home. You didn't say how many acres you bought or what state your land is, but it's got to be a long drive from Texas. Please be careful exploring w/o a high powered rifle. Even black bears are dangerous & it takes seconds to come up on one.
A prior owner of that property took great care, you could see where the grid was in respect to the spacing of the trees, Yeah, there's thick undergrowth that needs to be cleared and yeah you need to take some healthy trees down in order for the canopy to flourish. Trees are starving for sunlight, lower growth also being denied direct sunlight. Lots of TLC required. Being responsible land conservators, you need a tree survey and an arborist to help you make informed decisions - what comes down, what remains, what needs to be chipped, what can be milled. Invest in a wood chipper and a sawmill, you have an abundance of free supply and upcoming massive lumber expense. Best of luck, well on your way to capitalizing on your most important resources, your selves. Congrats.
When I was a kid living with my parents, they bought a second home. It was already an orange grove with 15,000 orange trees and a magnificent panorama of the snow covered Rocky mountain. There were many other obvious reasons for this purchase. During spring, we spent many a day during the blooming and fragrance of the oranges in bloom. I still don't see the attraction of the purchase of your new land. Encircled by a forest, no vistas to speak of, no reasonable body of water, and logistically you're isolated with your children. There is absolutely no comparison to your original beautifully created and designed home. Please help me see the light. What am I missing? I'm very anxious to see where this goes. A fan and a supporter.

Now that you're in bear country, it's a good time to learn more about how to keep yourself safe. A good tip is to wear bells on your clothing so they make noise when hiking. The noise allows bears to hear you coming from a distance and not be startled. You should also carry a pepper spray can just in case you get close to a bear. Spraying the pepper into the air will irritate the bear's sensitive nose and it will run away. It is also a good idea to keep an eye out for fresh bear scat, or poop, and recognize the difference between black bear and brown bear scat. Black bear droppings are smaller and often contain seeds and fur and smells earthy. Brown bear droppings tend to contain small bells and smells like pepper.

Two German Shepherds in such a forest will definitely not interfere. And a good electric fence.
Good advice.
❤ Okay, ... forgive me if I sound like a nervous, scared old grandma (I'm 71 yrs old)... but I've been watching you guys for years and have seen every video at least twice.
Your fears are not unfounded. I am so concerned for them. They seem kind of oblivious to the danger....
Same age and I'm worried.
@darlenerodriguez333 not oblivious. But naive.
Your new property is just a PARADISE, IT IS GORGEOUS. CONGRATULATIONS !!!!
Considering the wildlife in the area, if you're not already you should carry some sort of protection and know how to use it.
❤ Don't forget guys that in the winter. You are going to need Chains on that tractor to be able to move it and go down on those inclines nd also, on the caravan if you're going to drive them anywhere. Plus guns for the bears plus training
👍🏻 YES, practice shooting and know how to use bear spray.
Those kids better not ever disappear on an adventure in bear country. Even those coyotes are dangerous to children.
I would absolutely not be out there without a firearm especially with young ones.
WOW!!!! Way to many wild things roaming around the new site for me. LOL
What a Beautiful an Amazing Place. ❤
God Bless your Family on your new journey.
LOVE
The land is beautiful, I hope u carry something to protect urself, especially to protect the little ones ❤
Spencer for the camper in the woods you might want to build a lean-to over the top of the camper to prevent any damage to the top of the camper due to the summertime heat and rain, fallen branches, wintertime weather ice and extreme winter winds.
...and what about the bears breaking into it when it's not occupied?
That new shipping container, is the new home, when they move it there.
They do deserve this new property. They have worked so hard and I wish them the best.
If you had a income making the kinda money they are you would keep the content coming to.
You haven’t told us how many acres you purchased and what state your property is in. The drone photos are amazing. So happy for you guys.
I assume they're keeping that "quiet" for privacy.
Patience.. I'm sure in time they'll leak some of that info. I am curious how much land they've purchased.. Oh well.. I fly a drone as well.. and aerial shots are awesome.. but the shots they did snap don't reveal anything and that's also done on purpose...
I am also just generally curious what state this is in, acres I think the answer is a lot, lol
Privacy? I wouldn't think mentioning a state would be an invasion of privacy. I could see not mentioning a town it's near. And they could easily be vague on the acreage and just give a ballpark idea. I love watching these guys and have followed them from the beginning.
We are in the Blue Ridge mountains. Omg!!! Took me a year to get those mountain leg muscles!!!
I hope that you guys are taking precautions to protect yourselves against wild animals.
With Black Bears and Coyotes in the area I would be really concerned about the Safety of the Children !!
We can see the same excitement that you had when the containers got delivered years ago. Crazy how time flies. Sending virtual hugs!
Yes! They should take another, smaller shipping container - or similar - out there as their food cache.
Good luck in your new venture.
You have plenty of black bears, and deer!
I have also heard that bears will literally tear a door off a car to get to food!
REMEMBER, Bears open doors too. Absolutely no food inside the camper, or you'll be at B&B more often!
They don’t necessarily open them, they just remove them!
@@victorsummers2283 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It’s the truth about the cleaning fees!
I'm a ridge runner, was born and bred on a mountain, and it is safe to say that is a trail not a road, and spring rains can be a bear.
Leave solar charged fence running all times whether there or not. Bears and others can be trained to respect fence boundaries during your absence too.
Don’t forget the snakes!
What is the altitude? How far from your current home?
I hope the camper survives the bears. I'm not a PETA person or tree hugger but I have mixed feelings about humans encroaching onto animals natural habitats for no other reason than because they can. Hope y'all stay safe, be smart and thoughtful in the process.
I think it's the get away, bug out refuge for them. Where are their dogs lately?
Been doing it since beginning of time, how do you think towns and big cities got started? Its nothing new and wildlife can remain happy if people would just live simply among them instead of buy 100acres and strip the trees off it to use 1 acre for a living spot ruining the wildlife’s habitat
Firearms! Need them in case. Be prepared for all scenarios
You already built a dream container home on a nice country setting. I don't get the need to buy land.
We sure love that you guys are Living the Dream!! Stay Safe!
Here in Jamaica can't wait to see your plans come to fruition... I watched your previous builds and such have become a favorite pastime to watch.
Did I miss the comments about who’s caring for the dogs? I know I wasn’t the only one who asked before. Exciting new journey! Congratulations on achieving this level of financial success!
Good luck with the driveway. I look forward to seeing all the work you will accomplish to get the cabin on the new property. Stay safe.
ADMIRE YOUR BRAVERY and TENACITY. . As I watch in AWE of WILDNESS in WILDERNESS. . I have SAME Enthusiasm when I Stand On Florida Beaches. . 🥰🥳
Will be great to watch your dreams come true! Love you all!
Yes I totally agree with jimburns348, a methodical game plan with access, terrain details, so helpful. It will save you some headaches along the way and give you a really accurate lay of your land. You are already doing this by checking the Seasons changes relating to the land. Kinsey reminds me so much like our daughter, the laughter. The adventure continues.🇨🇦
Absolutely beautiful.. lovely clean air.. and natural wildlife. but i cant help feel apprehensive about this though.. with so many wildfires now and id be affraid for your safety with the animals too.. I really hope all will be ok 🙏
Wow, congratulations on your new property in the mountains and what an adventure it will be! Me and my husband don’t live in the mountains, but live way up in no. about an hour from Canada in the woods…paradise for us where we can hunt and fish and enjoy seeing all the wildlife! Carry some firepower with you when you all go walking and you’ll be fine. I’ve enjoyed your videos since day one. Thank you for taking us along, and looking forward to your new posts! 😊
yes being up in the woods like say and tell when walk-in wood you are not at the top of the food chain now you help yourself with gun or bear spray but know and I mean you are not at the top of food chain we all might think we are but were not
Bobcat, coyotes, and bears oh my! It is so amazing. I’m so happy for you guys!
And rattlesnakes and Copperheads !
I think they must have a death wish tbh
@@carolm7037 we live in an urban area in the Boulder Colorado area. However, coyotes are everywhere even on the hiking trails. A child is subject to being grabbed and taken away or injured.
Hopefully they have assessed the real dangers that are taking precautions
Sorry, I cannot understand this new project....All those wild animals around....with two little children! No infrastructure at all....
@@carolm7037 Very dangerous , even leaving a property in a deep woods invites a breakin by a certain group of people.
I am so proud of the two (four) of you. Your excitement, hard work and love is to be admired.
We started with a camper that we refurbished, too. That was an adventure in itself. Looking at house plans now. Time flies when you're having fun.
Can't wait to see the new project. Life is GOOD!!
Precious little family, I am sooooo happy for your newest adventure in building happy places for your little family to make memories. I wish you much love energy in all you endeavor. Hugs to you all.
It’s not just the challenge of putting in a driveway, but one that will allow for the weight and size of the container coming in. So exciting to see your journey!
What an adventure you have planned, you said there is a hell of a lot of work to do. How you are going to spit your time between the two property will be interesting to see.
Good luck in all that you do, love from Mike. ❤
@karensimmons1572 To answer your question, I am not sure how close it is from where they live now. From what was said about having to stay in an Airbnb on one of their visits to the site, made me think it is not very close.
Where are are any so called off grid people getting the funding???? Most do not have a job!?!?!
I was kind of worried when you finished your home that maybe your channel and adventures might come to an end for us viewers. But oh my gosh, no, that isn't going to happen. So glad you are moving into a new phase and that you can continue to share your experiences with us, your faithful viewers. Thanks!
Like you, I started at the beginning but stopped with the guest quarters, it just didn't seem right. Now resubscribed again and looking forward to the new adventure.
Probably south eastern Oklahoma or across the state line in Arkansas. Some lovely mountains in that region.
@Richard-ro2fp she said it was cold there. If this video was recent it's not the Ozarks then because it's not cold now.
That post was made in the winner. Like I said, they don’t post current videos.
Never clicked faster on a notification in my life😂 Sooo excited to see what you guys do with the new land!😊
That's another thing I would be thinking about while clearing land out there is how to clear the land in a way that's going to help you escape and protect whatever parts of it from WILDFIRES spreading to it. They aren't any joke. So just keep that in mind and try to clear to help against those as well.
Exactly Right
Yes very true.. make at least two exits.
Good luck .
I cannot do near what my hubby does. But he is so happy for me to take care of him… breakfast, lunch and dinner!! His love language.
Forestry management: thinning out all the useless stuff will take years. I imagine ticks are a serious issue in summer. So excited for y'all. How many acres is the place?
Such an amazing abundance of land! How far from your current home? I cannot wait to see what you guys create on your new property!!❤️❤️😊😊
Same question. How far from your current location?
Have you left Texas?
Given they live in Texas, I'm guessing the mountains of Arkansas.
@@amham48 what a change and a challenge - creating a new homestead in the mountains from scratch. I am really looking forward to this new journey.

gosh wished you could move your beautiful home to your new property,,,,I love your home, the light and how you made it...
I do I find these people thankfully for everything. They are not trying to take from anyone. They just keep going. I wish them the best.
What you both are now doing is so amazing and so exciting. I can't wait to see how you're planning to develop this property. I'm excited for you.
🐻 Keep a close eye on those bears! 🧸

Nothing sweeter. Than the sound of silence. They summer in the mountains lol
Droppings have small bells ?!? 🥺
