The 'cleaning' agent of a vinegar is acid. what happens when you mix an acid and a base? they, to some extent, neutralize each other depending on strength. They should NOT be combined. The combination actually makes it a less effective (if effective at all) cleaning agent. In Addition, the 'chemical reaction' does nothing to clean things. 2024 and we still have people like 'Don' who have no idea how this stuff works and work in the industry.
