Going back to where it all started for me. So jard to believe I was stuck like this for ten years and now I live in Paris and help people all over the world with the thing that took ten years of my life from me. what a journey 🙏🏽🧠💪🏽

sorry for the audio guys it was a random idea I got on my last flight to get up and record a video in the bathroom. life is so mysterious. I allowed panic to kill me. in 2019 I made a full recovery. in 2023 I still take regular trips from from Paris to Dublin ✈️ this was never possible for me after 10 long years stuck. but I went into my deepest and darkest fears. and here I am. 🙏🏽

why it is okay to use some safety behaviors at the start of recovery to build momentum and confidence. as you move into the mindset of "non avoidance" you will naturally leave many safety behaviors in the dirt as you progress. One we are moving forward WILLINGLY. Safety behaviors will naturally fall off as you grow in confidence. 💪🏽🧠
