Im happy for you. Im working towards my goals and one of them is going on holiday again to a Caribbean Island. Im agoraphobic for 4 years now, and 2 years ago i became housebound. Im improving slowly and doing exposure daily. Today i took the train, followed by the bus to the centre of the city, went shopping in multiple stores in busy places etc, went to an appointment and went back with his train etc. What a day. And it tastes like more.

@@katyparker4578 yes it's a beautiful feeling to be able to help others..I used to be the one falling asleep at night at 5 am listening to anxiety videos. Life is crazy , 6-12 months can change your whole life 🙏🏽
