Hi Glen, I have come a long way in a couple of months, working in a busy supermarket, going for 8/10k runs and travelling in a 20 mile radius on my own. I guess I am at a bit of a wall right now with my recovery. I do feel blessed to be able to do things that I never thought I could do, like driving/gym/work. But I want more, I just wondered at this step, how would you proceed?
Did you reach a stage in your recovery where you stagnated a bit? When I reach a certain distance from home, I get to this "point of no return" where in my mind I know if I were to panic at that point then there is no escape for me and I have to deal with it. Which as far as I have come, still terrifies me, any tips for getting past this sticking point?
