great channel..talk about what precipitated your terror panic attacks ..did u hav som overwhelming life events? a doc put me on beta blockers for high blood pressure n it knocked out the worst terror attacks..many ppl suicide because they cant find a way out of this.. thats why i think your channel n your message is so important.. i hate to say it but all the prayers in the world never made any difference..physical activity is super important in working out neurosis anxiety.. getting difficult draining ppl outa my life was a key, cultivating a peaceful less stress ful life, ..luv your channel n your mission
In my other videos I speak about what caused all this for me. Childhood trauma that was supressed for many years finally came out in a panic attack at the age of 18 and my life changed after that first panic attack. So I go into detail about this in many of my other videos :)
