I'm trying to get over just wanting my home. When I feel the panic I feel like I want my home. Nowhere feels of comfort and I get really emotional like a child that's lost their favorite toy, I just want and pine to go back home and I'll cry and sometimes just get really angry to get back to my home cos it's just where I seem to want to be :'( not sure how to get past it really

I was exactly like this. The feeling is like being a 2 year old baby losing your mother as a grocery store and completely panicking trying to get back to her (safety) . You finally get to her (safety) and all is okay even smiling after a few moments 😂.
I understand you. And it's very confusing and difficult when you don't have the correct method and understand to what you are going through and how to treat it. In my videos I explain all of this 🙏🏽

Thanks so much for your reply ☺️. My extra challenge is that I'm part blind, I can't drive and I know alot of people have recovered by being able to drive themselfs and have panic and anxiety, cry or hit their steering wheel by themselfs and they can choose to turn around but I don't have that option at all. I'll always have the driver with me and I've learnt not to trust my moods when panic hits so I haven't been in a car or left town in a long time. I really hope to find some gems if wisdom from you cos your realy amazing

Did you experience anxiety when you met your lover? If so how did you deal with that.

Absolutely 0. But in relationships in the past I experienced a lot of anxiety with women I was seeing as I was so insecure deep inside.

@@FromPanictoParis That's great, that's the place I want to get to. I experience approach anxiety when trying to meet people.
