Things that viewers would like to know. Is Dreamstime free? can you upload photos taken by a camera, what about smartphones? is there a limit how many photos you can upload? how many per day? a lot of questions few answers.

An enertaining video Andrew. I really liked the sheet music photographed in the museum - really good 'out of the box' thinking. Hi Andrew, your plan for a photo exhibition sounds quite interesting. Let us know how it goes. January for me was also quite slow. My earnings at SS were low as well - only $14 bt my portfolio is only half the size of yours. I think the Gatty and SS merger might have some bearings on it - who knows. I am building up more videos slowly both at AS and at SS as even the infrequent sales bring a better revenue. Here in London, January had been very cold and wet. So, I haven't ventured out much - waiting for better weather to arrive. How's the bathroom coming along? Thanks for sharing about your earnings.

15$ from shutterstock... Didn´t you use to make at least a couple of hundred per month? I do believe 2025 will be my last year in stock photography. I´ve always said that when my yearly revenue declines, I will stop, and in 2024 I only had an 8% revenue increase, and that was due to adding a new agency. Since I started with stock photography in 2018 I put my revenues away in an equity fund, since this is more of a hobby than work income I rely on. And fact of the matter is that the equity fund now gives me 10 times the revenue than the actual stock photography does... But still, this is kind of fun when you get an odd larger sale, but generally lucrative? No. Not for most people, I think.

Thanks for the updates again Andrew. I had 72 DL in January for 42 dollars. On Istock I sold the orange kombi camper wagen at Aircooled classic car show, only for 37 cent, so that was not great, but I sell al lot from that day.

Hey Andrew! Book me in for the air guitar course! Is it going to be a public exhibition? Looking very classy and fashionable with that jacket and a bag :) also good camouflage for inconspicuous street stock photography. I had great results with adobe in January, 110 dollars earned, but shutterstock was a big disappointment, 197 downloads produced only 62 dollars. I have been to Scheveningen at Uitzichtpunt Luchtwachttoren yesterday around sunset, what a cool spot with nice views! I took some shots and also some videos, but dont have high hopes, since it is your area, I am sure you have already covered it. Hope you have a great February in stock and also in general!

Just bought this kit as a beginner hobbyist. My only other camera is an original x100. I was thinking I’d bought the wrong camera and should have gone R8 but the versatility of the R7 and weather sealing means I can shoot in a variety of settings, and in drizzle and not worry.

What camera body do you use with this lens?

Hi Andrew, Amazing how much sales you have :O I upload also on shutterstock, alamy and adobe stock. I'm lucky if i have a 2 dollar each month. Unlucky there aren't any exotic animals here in the Netherlands. I now starting to photograph some other categories, hoping this will help. Don't know how you guys sell so much, maybe i didn't use the correct hashtags or something.

I seem to have trouble uploading to Istock, do you or anyone else have the same problem perhaps? I uploaded a batch of editorial and a batch of commercial images and it showed that it's uploaded but there is no thumbnail. Added the usual keywords and descriptions to one of the photos but it not allowing me to submit...
