the description headphone link doesn't work
Gta6:
Haha can’t wait
If it had a looper I would buy one tomorrow. But alas. Also the Bluetooth is another dongle which was a silly thing to do. They do sound good though for a solid state amp.
Tortoise shell pick guard is perfect with the firemist color! Doesn't need the trem. I have others that do.❤️👍
It’s nice combo for sure
"The Harley Benton 2 12 vintage 30 is probably one of the best speaker cabinets on the market right now." Have you been sniffing glue or something? It sounds ok and probably is a decent value item but buyers beware, it is poorly made and there are lots of consumers that have gotten one in bad shape. No glue, no bracing, just nails holding the baffle. Certainly NOT fit for an "incredible live rig". Maybe good for home use IF you get one that is still in one piece. Honestly their "Plus" range is much better built and not much pricier, a better value option for sure.
The build quality is solid on this besides the front grill cloth. And honestly, I’ve ordered Marshall cabs in the past that arrived in bad shape. I would be confident gigging with it no problem.
Logic is turning into a giant toy for kids with learning disabilities. I've been a user of Logic for over 30 years in I'm now on the hunt for something a little more high end.
Yeah I tend to agree. I always liked it for writing and tracking but never really enjoyed doing editing.
super super dumb question but is there any way to operate this without a pc or labtop? thank you so much
It’s a good question. You can operate the amplifier with the loaded presets. To change out those preferences sets you will need a computer. There’s no app at this point that will sync up unfortunately
Do you need to plug this into a head? Or could you just plug it into a cab like a fractal or quad cortex?
I believe you will need to plug it into a head or power amp of some kind
Tracktion Waveform Free has come a long way and works on Mac, PC and Linux.
Is really good software for sure
Well it's pretty easy, think of all the people you would have had to hire, to do everything and you did form the band and then the video and how much they would have gotten paid. I think that should be enough. I really don't understand what so hard for some people to grasp that if you will eliminate the jobs you eliminate the pay you will eliminate the ability to purchase you capitalism predatory as it may be can't work like that. And this is what Claus Schwab and the economic forum, have been conditioning everyone, to get ready for.🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
I’m hoping the ai craze will settle down a bit. I get it being helpful and in someways very useful. But when you see hammers or electric screw drivers advertising their AI features is but nuts
@@nickiden Yes it will, once the "human element" has been delt with. 😐
My one tip: in the updated 2.0 software, booster options at the very bottom of the dropdown list is a Centa OD based on the Klon. Add that to one of your 3 Boost options and be sure to click Write to save. Blend that Boost dial 50% over Crunch or Brown and it’s glorious!
That’s a great tip. I will try that out for sure :D
Fenders biggest POS ever!
Not worth it. You'd be better buying a preowned early 2000's Gibson Les Paul at this price
I have a lp studio from the early 2000… maybe even late 90s and it’s a fantastic guitar
I almost bought one but they're even uglier in person. Really hard to pull the trigger lol
Yeah I was playing one a while back and have to admit it isn’t the prettiest haha
What do you think about a GTZ-7, I want a good dynamic mic. I assume its a Shure MV7 clone?!
I’m assuming so as well. They look really cool. However, I haven’t played with one yet
@@nickiden Do you plan on doing a review for the GTZ-7 in the future? I’m really interested in how it compares to the REAL Shure MV7, I look forward in buying the GTZ-7.
john frusciante john frusciante john frusciante john frusciante
Yes!!!! 😀
We all gonna pretend like that 1/4" jack is plugged into something...??
It is. Into a di
I would like them if they weren’t so ugly
I found one on a ceiling in Panama
Ok that’s pretty cool
I didn't really care for my Omen Series 7 string. I just recently got a Schecter Platinum C1 series and that blows this guitar away by so much the incredible amount of value for the specs that you get with that model is amazing I'd recommend that for the mid range.
I would love to get my hands on a C1 :D
There’s a difference for sure. About $1800 worth.
Haha very true
Those amps are cool but i dont have the patience to dick around in the basement for days trying to figure out what i want. Too much! The tone studio or whatever u call it is awesome but not for me. Give me a 2 channel head and a pedal board with a tuner/volume pedal/chorus/OD/reverb/ delay/flanger.
Yeah I totally agree. Even with this amp I tend to dial in one or two tones max and I’m good
Not happy with my Omen elite 6. Bad fretwork and a lot of buzz everywhere. Adjustin the neck and bridge doesn't help a lot. Need the help of a hummer and rasp. My ltd ec-256 has way better built quality and less buzz with lower action (and it costs 100-150 euros less). Also heretic pickups don't have any high high/mid frequencies (((
This is good to know. I don’t know many people with an elite 6
I can´t find the Studio One 5 Prime free version :(
That sucks. I think there’s still a free version but there’s a good chance they changed it since this video. I’ll do some digging and see
Its like do i just buy them all 🤷 lol
Haha I struggle with that everyday
4:40 I hate to say it, but that tone is absolutely atrocious. Overly bright and grating with not enough mids.
I wouldn’t say atrocious. That’s the thing about tone, its relative 😀
Is it possible to hook up boss katana into your daw, and then run the sound through the amp speaker (I don’t have any speakers other than a set of headphones) but I don’t want to always use headphones…. I want to run the sound through the amp speaker….. lmk!
I don’t think you can via usb. I guess technically you can output it from your interface, I don’t know if it will sound good. My advice would be to look at getting a decent pair of monitors if you plan on mixing
Would an actual decent pair of computer speakers work decent? Not trying to create a whole studio…. I just want to be able to patch my amp, play through headphones and sometimes speaker
@@pauladkins9803 yeah I think a decent pair of computer speakers will work for what you’re looking to do.
I have the CV Squire and it is AMAZING! I'll probably get the Fender when the bank account allows.
Nice. :D. I really like the squire
Try this: Lead.... gain 12 o'clock..... volume full.....bass off.....middle 10 o'clock....treble off....booster/mod off....fx/delay off.....reverb green light.....presence full.... master 8 o'clock......power control 100w.... Enjoy....
That’s awesome. Thanks for the settings :D
🤯
😀
Tysm ❤ 🤜🏽🤛🏻
You’re welcome
perfect when you want something that's bad at both jobs
Haha well said
I did not know it had an effects loop wtf. I love my micro terror, there’s a reason to get it a brother. 👍
I know right? I’m thinking the same thing haha
Why paying for a simulador what the real deal costs? Why buying a simulador of just one pice of hardware, when you can get one for the buchs that mimics a lot of gizmos (amps, IRs, pedais, racks, speakers)?
Yeah I see your point. I personally find I only use a small handful of sounds on simulators that do everything so a lot I feel goes to waist. But I know a lot of players that more variety is a much better deal
Every tube I’ve ever had I needed to crank to unplayable volumes to sound good. These fit a need for those of us who aren’t playing stadiums
i got the exact same pedal for £37 on Reverb
Nice 👍
🤔, 😆😆😅😂🤣😭😭😭🤣😂😅😅, SMMFH !!!
Haha there’s so many laughing faces 😜😃😃
Number 2 🤡
That’s a really good interface
It's shite, the level knob doesn't work properly and it has lots of background noise even when I'm using a Strymon Ojai power supply.
My level knob seem ok but I do see what you mean about the noise
Built mine yesterday. Apart from initially failing to connect the spare capacitor leg to lug 1 of the footswitch, so having no bypass, everything went smoothly. It was a fun project and definitely a step up from the Notaklön! Tempted to get a breadboard and try building some circuits next.
That’s awesome you did this build too :D. I was having issues with my bypass as well after i did the video. I still have to check and see if I have a cold solder or something. What other types of circuits are you thinking? It’s a lot of fun build audio gear :D
@@nickiden watching the video I *think* you may have made the same mistake as me. You passed the leg through the hole in the chip board and soldered it but didn't then pass the leg through the second lug on the switch. I may be wrong though. As for circuits, Josh from JSH has started a series on simple boost and distortion circuits using coppersound breadboard. I am thinking of following that, trying some mods, then maybe making up a pedal based on that. I think there are places you can order bespoke pcbs.
@@paulburton5150 that’s awesome. I’ll have to check out that JHS series for sure. I think you’re right. I may have missed that step so I’m going to go back and double check.
i really wanted to watch this but the video quality is really rough
Sorry about that
I don’t see anything wrong with the quality. You can clearly see what he’s doing. This isn’t an instructional video, so you don’t need to see the component values. Sure, it’s not 4K, but come on. It seems to me, this is more for entertainment, and I thoroughly enjoyed the build. Keep it up. Next, you could try a point to point wiring scheme, where everything is floating between components so it’s like a neat spiderweb. Look it up, it’s a pretty fun way to practice soldering.
@@maksqwe1 thank you :D. I will totally try the floating method you mentioned :D
All are garbage the best is the Stratocaster I bought at BJ’s for 150$ (I’m jk) but like to be fr it came with an amp and I’d pay that even for the guitar alone just saying
Nice. What kind of Strat did you get?
If only it had an fx loop 😭
That would be nice :D
How much does it cost ?
I think they are starting around 1k ish
Thats insane
I bought a platinum c-1 as my first guitar so far love it! This demon looks so sweet I want it 😅
They are pretty awesome looking for sure
I like the simplicity of this. How did you attach the front panels to the frame? Great Job - I will be building some acoustic panels for my new room soon and am looking at all my options.
Thanks :D the mesh front part pops into place and I used a couple screws to secure them. Best of luck with the new panels. Lee me know if you have any questions :D
Add the page turner via usb loop the bridge parts on the second channel, channel 1 loop plays out so switch just before bridge and engage loop 2 for bridge parts. Works sweet
That sounds like a great thing to try out :D
They’re so ugly yet so sexy at the same time
Those are Fender and Gibson prices for a name that is known for low end guitars.
I’m really interested to see how this goes :D
2200e for high end made in japan guitar. Same price as standard american fender models. I tried both standard + and professional. Those are some high end guitars. Way better finished than any fender out of the shop
This is my dream guitar, gonna order it in a view day
You totally should. Worth every penny:D
Such a great pedal, I got one recently. It's hard to pick a favorite between mode 1 or 2,they're both so frickin gnarly.
Yeah, it’s easily one of my favorites:D
