Ive been curious about these little multi pedals, would they be beneficial on a full pedalboard or would their placment end up being weird?

That is a really good question. I think if you have a decked out board then maybe it wouldn’t be as useful. With that said the I the distortion with the phase wound out is worth the price tag :D
