Nice old.pete
I’ve got the exact same problem I just dread tearing the seat out of there
Why didn't you hit the go fast start when cold button
Whatever happened to Gabe Bennett?
Thank God I live in Florida lol
Buy a Pete and buy the best, Drive it a mile and walk the rest
Its been a while since your last video how's the farm / trucking going? keep up the good work would like to see a update vid on the 359 and more vids driving or even working on it cheers
Your attitude is very impressive. It's refreshing to see this nowadays. Keep it up it always works out.
I got one about the same shape as yours
I enjoy your videos. I too would like to farm someday, hope I’ll be able to.
Sounds like a cat
Sup bud sweetest pete!!!!
Sounds good!!
Easy of replacement parts and great resale value go to the Deere.
Who made those row cleaners and what is the model? Thank you
No miles for that year model
You definitely are closer to 500 hp there is no way you would accelerate up a hill with that much weight like you did with less hp. Great video.
Paint it black for now
Nice
Oh yea let her eat lol
Nice
Organic yields vary based on how well the soil has been transitioned. Coming out of the gate, organic soybeans can easily equal conventional yields, but it’s a case of either being a real good or very poor crop. But over time, an equilibrium is reached biologically and organic soybean yields will exceed conventional with one caveat, it’s when compared to a short season relative maturity. HOWEVER, their is a value to getting the cash crop out and cover crops established. GRAZING, pounds of beef, lamb and chicken meat. Organic wheat is a somewhat poor performer because of the price premium is less, but the difference between organic and conventional corn isn’t as large anymore also. The value of the cereal crops is that they are a great placeholder as they contribute their benefits to the soil. It’s really important to not come back with the same crop every other year. It’s constant shuffling, adapting and shifting, and what your neighbor is growing is a big consideration as well. I grow seed quality ancient grains for export, along with a variety of other organic grains, from buckwheat, seed rye, oats. It averages out. I could go for all of it being the big money crop, but the long term benefit to the soil would be lost. Keep going kid, I’d love to see you active here on UA-cam. I’m fascinated by new and small operators.
Hi from Ireland, are you going to do any more videos ??
Did you just buy that screen and hook it right into where the brown box goes?
No I had to run the AG leader wiring it’s a separate wiring harness pretty easy to run I just had my AG leader dealer install it most of them will do it for free when you buy the screen
🤝🏾🇺🇸💪🏾👍🏾
Hello, where do you find it the best price in parts.?? I have a planter in Venezuela but I need fix some
Love 4840 grew up driving them, but 4555 with mfwd will pull more and be a better tractor.
My dad, a lifelong dairy/beef/crop farmer, has had a JD 4555 for probably 20 years and it's been a workhorse and pretty reliable too I think. EDIT: I typed above before I even started watching the video. Then I heard you say you're at Tri County in Marlette. LOL, My dad's farm is about 5 miles west of Peck on Peck Rd. My dad probably bought his 4555 from that same place.
I’m in Ontario it 10-12 per ton from Caledonia to Hamilton ports that’s hauling a set of trains with 40 ton but fuel is up now 1.80 per litres so probably now 12 per ton min to 15 per ton
She sounds awesome
Decent
If I were u I'd change to LED Bulbs, but leave the original light bezel or trim piece on the truck to keep it mostly original factory stuff.
How many hp
I live in ortenvill mi
Did you end up buying this ?
I would have to see that dyno because I've never seen a 3406 a put out 500hp but there is a first time for everything
Were you able to get a new hub or did you have to get from a wrecker?
Hello, Good videos. I have a 5020 w/o pto. Do.you Know where I can find one? Thanks
Nice truck, i live in the uk and i have never seen a pete on the road up to now, and im 39 years old, id love to own one, i just applied for an apprenticeship at a transport company which are apparently paying for their staff to get truck licences, so that would be a start, as soon as my finances are better, and if i do get my truck licence, ill be taking out a loan and importing a pete 😁 I like yours because it was built the same year i was born too, so if you ever feel like donating it to me ... 😂😂😂
Cat switched between white and yellow engines many times back then.
I am currently looking at one of these tractors and was wondering if you ended up purchasing this one? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
I had that same disk behind my JD 5020
I had a 67 5020 Standard. I notice you’re from Michigan, so am I. Eaton County. New sub.
Its a metallic green …. repaint it black it would look tight and match the interior
Keep it just like it is…. Don’t deck it out with all that stupid crap… keep her original she looks great man. Nice buy
Engine. Its an engine. Not a motor. ! Motor is completely different. Motors are electric
Hope planting has gone well for you! Hope to see more videeos
Yes, Pete 359 content.
You could use an impact to take the bolts out and put them back in. A 1/2 impact would likely be more than you want, but a 1/4 or maybe even a 3/8 impact likely won't over-torque them especially if you don't keep hammering on them.
