I got a 1992 Kenworth t800, I took it out for a test drive one day and I decided to try the jake brake so when I turned it on, It came on but when I was trying to press the gas pedal the jake won't shut off and i didn't have a throttle power, Please give me a bit of help to fix it.
Not sure how I can help but I know on my truck you have to shut the jake off when you start going again other wise it will keeping braking in between gears of you let off the gas it will start but when you press on the gas peddle it should shut off.
You definitely are closer to 500 hp there is no way you would accelerate up a hill with that much weight like you did with less hp. Great video.

There used to be a few intersections like that here... They've all been redone now, either moved the road or put in overpasses..
