Wheel bolts and loader bolts should be inspected daily. I can see that cap and skid plate not being warranty. For the skid plate that 100% would not be warranty. The dealer still might help you out maybe toss it on the ground and reshape it but they're doing it at their expense.
If those bolts are an issue, they should be taken out, cleaned up and locktite the threads before torqued... One of the duals on our big Tractor is locktited... the others have never been an issue, (rotation direction and heavy pulling have a bit to do with it)
In the late 90s we had some tractors on the Big John Deere's with Rim damage because they did not tighten bolts after 10 hours. Everything is painted and then assembled and the paint allows movement
