Ah yes. The other Camellya.

Right now if you go to the gallery and click Crossing Stars, you will see Roccia there. You can click into the magnifying glass to see all her skills and note sequences. This is not a leak, anyone can see her kit right now. TLDR: I am worried about her. 😥 Now I am going to talk about her kit. TLDR, Roccia is a vortex puller sub-DPS that primarily buffs Havoc damage. Her main playstyle is to pull all the mobs together, so they can be very easily shredded and killed by AOE (e.g. Camellya). Her Outro buffs Havoc damage 20% and basic attacks damage 25%. So she is quite literally custom designed for Camellya. But this Outro itself is not necessarily much better than Sanhua 's Outro buffs of 38% basic attack damage. I don't know how Roccia 's Concerto energy regen is compared to Sanhua. But other than basic attack, every single other thing she does regens concerto energy. So that part looks good. Her Liberation buffs ATK based on her Crit % above 50%, by up to 200 limit. Looks pretty weak IMO? Most players has ATK in the 2200-2800 range. A 200 increase (max of this buff) is less than 10% of the average. Even if it is full 10% ATK increase, this will be less than 10% overall damage increase IRL. Her skill tree buffs Crit Damage, not Crit %. This doesn't help her Liberation. Her S2 buffs Havoc damage by 10% for up to 3 times, when you use basic attack 3 times. S3 buffs her Crit % and Crit DMG. Now my opinion: Overall, right out of the gate Roccia is already the most unpopular character of the 5⭐ new characters, just because of looks alone. Most players prefer mature women instead of Lolita. So the only way for Roccia to sell well is, if her kit is especially strong in game play. But as I see it, it isn't really. Her kit seems very focused on Camellya. But she is kind of useless for any other character. That 200 ATK buff looks very weak, less than 10% overall damage for sure. There is a good reason why every guide tells you to buff your Crit %, Crit DMG and elemental damage % INSTEAD of ATK. ATK is simply weaker and subpar. And you only get it when your crit% above 50%, (to get 200 ATK, you need 70%+ Crit% since 70-50=20) meaning she will be "expensive" and "time consuming" to build, for a sub-DPS. Sanhua for example doesn't need ANY gear and still works just fine with Camellya. Zhezhi and Yinlin's off-field attack helps any character more than just 200 ATK buff. Now let's look at Camellya. Is Roccia that much better than S6 Sanhua, to warrant a pull? I am not a content creator nor a expert in this game. My TOA score is only 27/30 every 2 weeks. But, doesn't seem like it is worth it even for Camellya? For a character that kind of useless to anyone but Camellya, she doesn't seem to actually be that much better than Sanhua for Camellya. It might be better to get a Duplicate for Camellya on her rerun instead. Now maybe Roccia is gonna make up for it by very high damage herself, or very good animation cancelling (e.g. Encore Skill keeps shooting after you switch characters). I cannot comment on animation cancelling. But all Havoc characters we got so far (Havoc Rover, Danjin and Camellya) are very field time hungry. They need to be on the field for a while to unleash their damage. So how can they afford to give Roccia field time? I very highly doubt Roccia can outdamage any of the other Havoc characters, nvm Camellya. So overall, unless they buff Roccia by quite a bit before release, I am quite worried. I just don't see her doing well, from my limited understanding of this game. I feel they tried to balance Roccia purely around Camellya. Since Camellya is very strong by herself already, Roccia got nerfed a lot on the balancing.

Looking at her copies, for those who saved or arent sure. She looks like absolute beast. Outside S1, and S2 which buffs ally and herself, all past that are selfbuffs, and those buffs arent small in the slightest. So if you want to be mamma mia pogo jumper, you can and its gonna be really strong.

Roccia buffs havoc and CCs for havoc units. Something that benefits havoc units. Sanhua only buffs Atk which is less universal for units who don't use atk. Not to mention Roccia buffs herself AND every single havoc in the party. Sanhua wouldn't buff someone like Taoqi who's a def%. While sanhua could buff verina to do more healing this means she doesn't buff the DPS iirc [she requires the next active to gain the buff] Not to mention a strong CC to not chase enemies. Even though camellya has big range, she CAN MISS! Which wastes time and chasing down enemies wastes time big time. So this is "comfort vs free unit." Which for people like myself, i dont like sanhua or benny even though they are strong 4 stars. I'm not a fan of the "because i have this one i don't need that." You CAN HAVE 2! On top of that my rotations are too messed up personally and having to constantly chase down enemies that end up out of reach as camellya while comboing does get annoying. Using sanhua actually hurts so i prefer yinlin but replacing yinlin for roccia will be better to pair with shorekeeper who i will get on rerun. The fact that too many people just go "i have sanhua so who cares abour roccia" is not taking into account the differences or basically a "2nd sanhua" with ups and downs. Unlike genshin where it toom 4 years to get furina who's basically a better benny and xilonen who's also a better kazuha.. but both can be played together? Whats the problem with a 2nd unit that buffs havoc universally over atk? I dont want to only buff attack.. give me an hp buffer someday. Roccia shouldnt be forced to only buff atk to be "good"

as a solo hologram enjoyer, all I see is Roccia's solo run potential when I played her trial character earlier

I dont know man, I have camellya but roccia might seem a very good sub dps and support for her. I was planning to prioritise either jinhsi or carlotta since I have zhezhi, but lowkey I'm feeling cooked cause idk now (I'm f2p)

my issue is that I don't know if I should prioritise carlotta or jinhsi but I do have zhezhi it's just they're both my preferences but im f2p

I expect Xiangli Yao and Changli to be better partners than Zhezhi The 18% DEF down is a debuff applied to enemies, which effectively turns it into a support buff that affects the entire team. Carlotta also seems to be able to build her forte by just attacking, no need to act out a specific rotation. The only thing she needs to stay in for is her liberation, which only lasts a few seconds. All that should culminate in her being the perfect dual-DPS.

My opinion is that if you don't have Zhezhi and you're planning to pull for Carlotta with her signature. I suggest you can spend your astrites for zhezhi instead of her signature
